What is the difference between the Spirit of God and the spirit of slavery?

The Spirit of God breaks every yoke and chain to free man and guide him according to the will of God until he perfects him as a true child and of divine grace.

The spirit of slavery brings condemnation to man, plunges the person into sin and corners him in the disordered desires of the flesh such as adultery, fornication, drunkenness, homosexuality, anger, strife.

The work of the spirit of the world is to enslave the work of God in sin. The Holy Spirit frees him and gives him the position of Son of God to reign with Christ for eternity. The Holy Spirit is the same spirit of adoption that God gives to the believer so that he can worship God and can say, abba, Father!

The Holy Spirit guides the children of God to sanctification and the spirit of slavery encloses him in vices and vanities.

Paul told the church in Rome:

14 For all who are led by the Spirit of God, these are children of God. 15 For you have not received the spirit of slavery to be again in fear, but you have received the spirit of adoption, by which we cry out: Abba, Father! Romans 8: 14-15
