Hola a todos, hoy les traigo un vídeo diferente en el que hago una rutina de straddle con mi compañero, “hijo”, y mi dúo de free. En esta rutina, nos enfocamos en mejorar la postura y los presses.
Antes de empezar la rutina empezamos en las otras barras como es de costumbre hacer dinamicos fue difícil ya que no había magnesio pero para estar sin magnesio la barra estuvo bien.
Y bueno luego de terminar de hacer dinamicos nos fuimos a las otras barras a empezar la rutina que consiste en :

La rutina fue buena porque logramos entender de nuevo la postura. En realidad, es una rutina rápida pero efectiva.

Hi everyone, today I bring you a different video in which I do a straddle routine with my partner, "son", and my free duo. In this routine, we focus on improving posture and presses.
Before starting the routine we started on the other bars as usual doing dynamics was difficult since there was no magnesium but for being without magnesium the bar was fine.
And well after we finished doing dynamics we went to the other bars to start the routine that consists of :
