---|---|---|---|
👉ENGLISH POST👈
Hello friends of Hive and Hcalisthenics! I hope you have started this week in the best way, just like me. I want to share with you a video I've been preparing since yesterday. In it, you will be able to see a little bit of the Pine Tree routine that I did in the company of two friends. One of them always accompanies me on my crossings and the other decided to join me, not so much to follow the routine, but to learn and encourage @edusw and me.
The experience was somewhat epic and exhausting as we had very little time to rest. Although we didn't achieve the best poses, I decided to change my approach to training. I went from looking for perfection in every move to focusing on endurance, on how long I could go.
I am not a fan of doing things just for the sake of doing them. I love perfection and constant effort. I know many people resent this side of me, but it's something that has helped me move forward in the 6 months I've dedicated to this sport.
the routine with breaks was as follows:
Exercise | series | sec | breaks | |||
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Scorpion pine | 1 | on failure | 25 sec | |||
4 | 20 to 25 | 10 to 20 sec | Assisted pine glove | 4 | 20 to 25 | 10 to 20 sec |
Pine glove assisted with a rubber band to gain resistance | 4 | 15 to 25 | 10 to 20 sec | |||
Diamond pine | 2 | 20 | 5 to 10 sec | |||
Pine negative | 4 | 5 reps | 10 sec |
Some parts don't come out in the video as the phone stopped recording. 🤕
Espero que hayan disfrutado mi contenido.
