Hola comunidad de #HC, hoy fue un día demasiado increíble. Estuve realizando algunos dinámicos, me sentía demasiado liviano y no sentí dolor en ninguna parte del cuerpo, luego de esto estiré con algunas bandas elásticas para ganar un poco de flexibilidad y evitar alguna lesión.
Luego de esto, realicé algunos estáticos progresión por progresión para ganar una mejor técnica al momento de realizar planchas, y terminé haciendo una pequeña rutina para no perder fuerza ni resistencia.

La verdad luego de esta rutina quedé exhausto, quizás fue por el tiempo que tengo sin realizar básicos, sin más nada que decir gracias por ver mi post. ❤️

Hello #HC community, today was too amazing day. I was doing some dynamics, I felt too light and I didn't feel pain in any part of my body, after that I stretched with some elastic bands to gain some flexibility and avoid any injury.
After this, I did some statics progression by progression to gain a better technique when doing planks, and I finished doing a little routine not to lose strength and endurance.
