Hola amigos de Hive ¿cómo están? Espero estén pasando un feliz fin de semana. Hoy quise hacer este post para contarles sobre una salida especial que tuve con mis amigos y lo bien que la pasamos.
Hello Hive friends, how are you? I hope you are having a happy weekend. Today I wanted to make this post to tell you about a special outing I had with my friends and how much fun we had.
Ayer viernes queríamos salir y hacer algo especial, pero desde temprano había mucho tiempo de lluvia y eso nos desmotivó un poco. Sin embargo en el trascurso de la tarde el tiempo mejoró y decidimos que teníamos que salir. Decidimos ir a un restaurante que se llama Papa's Rock, el cual era muy lindo, es un ambiente familiar y son especialistas en pizzas. Nunca había ido a este sitio pero me lo habían recomendado, así que sentí que era la oportunidad perfecta para ir y conocer un lugar nuevo.
Yesterday, Friday, we wanted to go out and do something special, but early in the morning there was a lot of rain and that discouraged us a bit. However in the course of the afternoon the weather improved and we decided that we had to go out. We decided to go to a restaurant called Papa's Rock, which was very nice, it is a family atmosphere and they specialize in pizzas. I had never been to this place before but it had been recommended to me, so I felt it was the perfect opportunity to go and see a new place.
Fuimos solo 3. Al llegar al restaurante, la chica que nos atendió muy amablemente nos informó que había una promoción especial ese fin de semana, la cuál era 2 pizzas grandes + 1 refresco grande por 15$ la verdad noss pareció muy buena opción, ya que una pizza grande sola costaba entre 14-17$ entonces tener 2 por el precio de una nos pareció una super oferta. Después un rato de espera, nos trajeron las pizzas, la verdad estaban muy ricas, me gustaron mucho. Siempre pensé que iba a sobrar pizza, ya que solo éramos tres. Pero para mí sorpresa nos comimos todo😅 es que de verdad estaban muy ricas. Pasamos un rato muy ameno en ese restaurante y la atención fue muy buena.
When we arrived at the restaurant, the girl who attended us very kindly informed us that there was a special promotion that weekend, which was 2 large pizzas + 1 large soft drink for 15$, the truth seemed to us a very good option, since a large pizza alone cost between 14-17$ so having 2 for the price of one seemed to us a super offer. After a while of waiting, they brought us the pizzas, they were really good, I liked them a lot. I always thought there would be pizza left over, since there were only three of us. But to my surprise we ate it all😅 they were really delicious. We had a great time in that restaurant and the service was very good.
Luego de cenar quedamos con ganas de hacer algo más, queríamos ir a otro sitio a tomarnos unas cervezas y seguir compartiendo. Lastimosamente una de mis amigas de tuvo que ir a su casa. Así que me quedé con mi prima y decidimos ir a un bar donde estaban reunidos otros amigos. Nos fueron a buscar al restaurante y nos fuimos al bar.
After dinner we wanted to do something else, we wanted to go somewhere else to have a few beers and continue sharing. Unfortunately one of my friends had to go home. So I stayed with my cousin and we decided to go to a bar where other friends were gathered. They picked us up at the restaurant and we went to the bar.
Al llegar al bar, había mucha gente, no habían mesas disponibles, así que nos tocó sentarnos en la barra. Fue bueno reencontrarme con personas que tenía tiempo sin ver. Pedimos unas cervezas tradicionales de Venezuela como son las Polar. Pasamos un buen rato conversando y recordando tantas cosas. Estuvimos en el bar hasta la 1 de la madrugada.
When we arrived at the bar, it was very crowded, there were no tables available, so we had to sit at the bar. It was good to meet again with people I had not seen for a long time. We ordered some traditional Venezuelan beers such as Polar. We had a good time chatting and remembering so many things. We stayed at the bar until 1 am.
Fue una noche bonita, de compartir, de amistad, algo que necesitábamos para relajarnos de una fuerte semana de trabajo. Así que mi recomendación siempre es a vivir el día a día, a que salgan, disfruten, se diviertan, no importa lo que estés pasando, lo único que nos llevamos de esta vida son los recuerdos de los lindos momentos vividos. It was a nice night, of sharing, of friendship, something we needed to relax from a hard week of work. So my recommendation is always to live day by day, go out, enjoy, have fun, no matter what you are going through, the only thing we take from this life are the memories of the beautiful moments lived.
