Desde que tuve la suerte de comenzar a estudiar una carrera universitaria (Profesorado en Matemáticas) a unos kilómetros de mi pueblo donde nací, tuve el sueño que muchos Argentinos tenemos y no todos tienen la suerte de lograrlo; siempre quise poder comprar un terreno y comenzar a construir mi casa.
Lo cierto es que cuánto más tiempo pasaba, se hacía todo más difícil. Comencé a trabajar en un proyecto de tutorías en una escuela en la que hasta el día de hoy (luego de 12 años) sigo trabajando, aunque en este momento como profesor a cargo de diferentes cursos. Con este trabajo podía pagar el alquiler donde estaba viviendo, pagar los gastos del día a día, los gastos de estudios y poco más para comenzar a ahorrar para cumplir ese sueño.
Luego de unos cuántos años de trabajo y ahorro, tuvimos la posibilidad de comprar, junto con mi esposa (en ese momento eramos simplemente novios) el terreno, pero en esa oportunidad surgió un pequeño imprevisto; un hermoso imprevisto: tuve la posibilidad de viajar a Europa y conocer nuevos países (me gustaría más adelante contarles de ese hermoso momento). En esta oportunidad no pudimos comenzar a cumplir mi sueño, aunque luego de esa travesía volvía a retomar mi pequeño gran proyecto...
Pero en 2020, en medio de la pandemia de COVID-19 pudimos hacer la compra del terreno y sentimos que ese sueño estaba un poco más cerca, ahora lo que restaba era poner manos a la obra y comenzar a construir la casa.
Orgullosos de esta nueva adquisición, dimos el siguiente paso: comenzar a diseñar la casa de nuestros sueños. Consultando con varios profesionales y con el aporte de nuestras ideas surgió nuestro plano de obra de nuestra casa. En este momento volvimos a sentir ese cosquilleo con el sólo hecho de pensar que con el paso del tiempo podríamos lograr nuestro sueño.
En Argentina, construir una casa es muy costoso (materiales + mano de obra), por eso, recién a inicios de marzo de este año (2022) pudimos comenzar con la construcción propiamente dicha. Es cierto que para poder comenzar con este proyecto necesitamos de una ayuda del Estado (prestamos de construcción de vivienda).
Comenzamos con la primera etapa, marcar los límites de la construcción, lo que en Argentina se llama "replanteo". Una vez hecho esto comenzaron a levantar algunos ladrillos y a rellenar esos espacios.
Actualmente llegamos a la etapa de comenzar a levantar las paredes, es una emoción muy grande que sentimos al ver esas 6 o 7 filas de ladrillos. Si bien todavía nos falta bastante es una experiencia muy hermosa la que estamos atravesando y por eso queríamos compartirlas con ustedes.
Ojalá ustedes también sientan una parte de todo lo que nos está ocurriendo y si tienen ganas, cuando estemos más cerca del final volveré a escribir y espero poder decirles "sueño hecho realidad".

In this opportunity we could not begin to fulfill my dream, although after that trip I returned to take up again my little big project...
But in 2020, in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, we were able to purchase the land and we felt that this dream was a little closer, now all that remained was to get down to work and start building the house.
Proud of this new acquisition, we took the next step: to start designing the house of our dreams. Consulting with several professionals and with the contribution of our ideas, we came up with the blueprint of our house. At this moment we felt that tingling sensation again, just thinking that with the passage of time we could achieve our dream.
In Argentina, building a house is very expensive (materials + labor), so it was not until the beginning of March of this year (2022) that we were able to start the actual construction. It is true that in order to start with this project we need help from the State (housing construction loans).
We started with the first stage, marking the limits of the construction, which in Argentina is called "replanteo". Once this was done, they began to lift some bricks and fill in those spaces.
We are currently at the stage of starting to build the walls, it is a great emotion that we feel when we see those 6 or 7 rows of bricks. Although we still have a long way to go, it is a very beautiful experience that we are going through and that is why we wanted to share it with you.
