Merecido momento en familia (Esp/Eng)

Hola estimados amigos y comunidad de Family and Friends amo estar por aquí cada vez que puedo… y hoy quiero contarles mi salida en familia, para los que no saben, en mi núcleo familiar el único hombre es mi padre, así que en la casa mandamos las mujeres jeje. ¡Noooo mentiras!, el rey es mi papi.

Y por si no saben, mi hermana cumplió años, y ella quería que saliéramos de paseo al sambil (el centro comercial más grande y completo del estado Táchira), aun no sabíamos sí queríamos ir a cine o solo a pasear y comer. Así que nos encontramos en el lugar pues yo salí de mi trabajo directo para allá, mi padre no quiso ir, el dice que se desespera cuando estamos todas juntas, pues nunca nos colocamos de acuerdo en nada. Yo creo que es cultura general de todo tachirense que va al sambil, entrar a mango bajito (tienda de artículos para el hogar, juguetes, etc). Así que nosotras no somos la excepción, entramos a la tienda a ver que cosa innecesaria comprábamos, pero solo compré un maquillaje de juguete para mi hija, ya que ella ama el maquillaje.

And in case you don't know, my sister had her birthday, and she wanted us to go out to the sambil (the biggest and most complete mall in the state of Tachira), we still didn't know if we wanted to go to the movies or just to walk and eat. So we met at the place because I left my work straight there, my father did not want to go, he says he gets desperate when we are all together, because we never agree on anything. I think it is a general culture of every Tachirense that goes to the sambil, to go to mango bajito (a store that sells household items, toys, etc.). So we are no exception, we went into the store to see what unnecessary things we could buy, but I only bought a toy make-up for my daughter, since she loves make-up.

Luego salimos y nos tomamos unas lindas fotos para el recuerdo; y nos dirigimos a farmatodo, mi madre tenia mucho dolor de cabeza, pues ella sufre de migraña, y necesitaba un analgésico; y frente al lugar, hay una pecera con muchos peces lindos, mi niña estaba muy emocionada, no quería dejar de verlos, pues los peces tenían colores muy lindos.

Después entramos a una tienda que se llama Mr.price, la verdad tenia mucha curiosidad con esa tienda, pues siempre veía anuncios en Instagram y mencionaban buenos precios, mi primera impresión al entrar no fue muy positiva, pues pensé que era ropa de segunda, pero comencé a ver detalladamente y encontré un par de sandalias bien cómodas y lindas en 2 dólares, así que no pude perder esa oportunidades de comprarlas, seguí buscando algo que pudiera gustarme y encontré un suéter muy bonito y una camisa muy a la moda, jaja mi sobrina cuando miro mi compra me dijo: wao que aesthetic, me causó mucha risa 🤣, y finalmente el monto total de mi compra fue de 3 prendas por 10 dólares, súper económico, la verdad nunca había comprado tanto por tan poco precio, así que las que están en Venezuela ¡vayan a Mr.price!

Then we went out and took some nice pictures for the memory; and we went to farmatodo, my mother had a headache, because she suffers from migraine, and needed a painkiller; and in front of the place, there is a fish tank with many beautiful fish, my girl was very excited, she did not want to stop looking at them, because the fish had very nice colors.

Then we went into a store called Mr. Price. I was really curious about this store, because I always saw ads on Instagram and they mentioned good prices, my first impression when I entered was not very positive, because I thought it was second hand clothes, but I started to look in detail and I found a pair of very comfortable and cute sandals for 2 dollars, so I could not miss that opportunity to buy them, I kept looking for something I could like and I found a very nice sweater and a very fashionable shirt, haha my niece when I looked at my purchase said: wao what aesthetic, it caused me a lot of laughter 🤣, and finally the total amount of my purchase was 3 garments for 10 dollars, super economical, the truth had never bought so much for so little price, so those who are in Venezuela go to Mr. Price! price!

Luego nos dio hambre, compramos unas barquillos en McDonald’s, mi hija quería subirse a unos juegos mecánicos para niños, literal se subió a todos los que había, disfrutó mucho… de igual forma vi un pequeño lugar, didáctico para los niños, es una caja de arena de arena gigante, y pensé: bueno, los niños aman jugar con arena, así que dejaré que mi niña juegue allí, tenia un precio un poco elevado, pero para serles sincera, cada vez que salgo con mi hija, quiero regalarle momentos que nunca olvide. Y bueno estuvimos allí durante 40 minutos, ella lo disfrutó mucho, fue tanto que no mencionó que tenia ganas de orinar y se hizo en su ropa 😓😩

Lo bueno que siempre vengo preparada, y le traía ropa adicional. Le pregunté a mi niña qué quería comer: me contestó que papas fritas, y recordé cuando yo estaba pequeña mis padres me llevaban a McDonald’s, así que quise llevarla a comer allá, pero no lleno mis expectativas, la verdad los Nuggets no tenían sabor, y las papas ni parecidas a las de mis tiempos, sentí que perdí mi dinero, pero pues ni modo.

Then we got hungry, we bought some wafers at McDonald's, my daughter wanted to get on some mechanical games for kids, she literally got on all the ones there, she enjoyed a lot... in the same way I saw a little place, didactic for kids, it's a giant sandbox of sand, and I thought: well, kids love playing with sand, so I will let my little girl play there, it had a little high price, but to be honest with you, every time I go out with my daughter, I want to give her moments that she will never forget. And well we were there for 40 minutes, she really enjoyed it, it was so much that she didn't mention that she felt like peeing and did it in her clothes 😓😩.

Good thing I always come prepared, and brought her extra clothes. I asked my girl what she wanted to eat: she said french fries, and I remembered when I was little my parents used to take me to McDonald's, so I wanted to take her to eat there, but it didn't meet my expectations, the truth is that the Nuggets had no flavor, and the fries were not even close to the ones from my times, I felt like I wasted my money, but no way.

Yo soy amante de la comida callejera y la verdad detesto perder mi dinero en comida que no este buena, así que no quise arriesgarme a comer allí en la feria de comida del sambil, y decidimos comer en un puesto donde ya hemos comido anteriormente, y la verdad amo comer allí, es el típico sabor callejero con los sabores equilibrados.

La verdad no me arrepentí de mi decisión, pedí una hamburguesa de pollo mechado con chuleta ahumada, y fue una exquisitez, totalmente lo que necesitaba. Y para terminar nuestro día, nos dirigimos a casa, ella no quiso que le compráramos pastel por su cumpleaños, así que cada quien se fue a su casa, fue un día más en familia y amo estos momentos! I am a street food lover and I really hate to waste my money on food that is not good, so I did not want to risk eating there at the sambil food fair, and we decided to eat at a stall where we have eaten before, and I really love eating there, it is the typical street food with balanced flavors.

The truth is I did not regret my decision, I ordered a chicken burger with smoked chicken cutlet, and it was a delicacy, totally what I needed. And to end our day, we headed home, she didn't want us to buy her cake for her birthday, so everyone went home, it was just another day with family and I love these moments!
