Good day, Hivers! Christmas is just around the corner. A few days more to go and we'll celebrate the happiest holiday of the year. We have our good wishes and may God grant the desire in our hearts.
Today, I'm gonna share with you my wishes and my favorite things about Christmas. That answer the questions that follow:

My favorite things about Christmas🎄
Christmas decorations
During the Christmas season, there are always Christmas trees, decorations, Christmas lights, and gifts displayed in the mall. I am enticed by those decorations and wanted to buy some but they are not budget friendly😔. Even though I can't have them, the places where I've been knocked my socks off because it feels me alive every time I see them.

I appreciate those people who give an effort in decorating their houses. It gives life to the house as well as the people who live there. It symbolizes happiness and commitment in welcoming the season. It also adds beauty to the houses.
Giving of gifts
I miss those times being with my sisters in the church. This was during our Christmas party in church and was tasked to give giveaways. I had made the mugs with candies inside wrapped in a blue plastic wrapper. Though were few, we're still happily celebrating our Christmas party.
One of the highlights of Christmas is giving gifts. Some say that it is the best time for sharing, giving, forgiving, and above all being happy. As for me, I applied it every day as a day-to-day day mantra. Although, I am not a perfect person to follow it "every day" because we also have priorities in life after all it is our choice. But as soon as possible I have to.
Exchange of gifts with my students in the year 2017. We have a simple celebration of Christmas in our classroom yet a memorable one because this is my first Christmas in public school. The happy faces I can see cannot equal anything else. Moments will forever be cherished.
Strolling around the mall to find great finds
Every December, there are plenty of things that are on sale so it is the best time to buy things needed. The kids were also eager to find one and tried to open them. We were looking for a cabinet that suits our budget. Aside from finding one, it is another way of bonding as well.
My wishes for this Christmas Eve and for Christmases to come
Good health for my family
My first wish this Christmas is good health, a good relationship, and protection for my family. This is always my prayer for them every day as well as for me as I am also working, traveling from home to school, and prone to sickness. We cannot predict what happening next that's why we have to pray always. Also, forgiveness in which we should have a forgiving heart.
Peace and unity for my colleagues
I hope and pray to remain our relationship stronger and better. We cannot tell the next ahead. We are a big happy family in school and we have lots of time being together rather than our own family. It's nice to work with colleagues with sincerity, willingness, and openness to help everyone. Most especially to the newbie on the service. Through peace and unity, we will work as one.
Perseverance and determination in study to my students
This is always my reminder to all of my students to persevere in school with determination as well. With these abilities, someone will be able to achieve his/her goal in life. The world can be cruel in someone's life, with just one snap of a finger everything is changed. So, it must be paired with prayers as well.
