Simplicity Unites: A Family Wedding Ceremony

Hello everyone and lovely people of the Family & Friends Community. I hope you are all well. Today i would like to tell you about a marriage in my family which is very simple. This marriage was of my brother-in-law, which was also at the start of the February. It was short notice marriage and the date of which fixed a week ago. The groom was in Oman and he had a holidays vacations problem. And the most surprising thing was that he had to go back after a week of marriage. It was a huge challenge to see all these arrangements in such a short time and the rest of family and i were responsible for the arrangements. Because i was recently married, so i had a little experience with shopping and other arrangements. I choose the Baraat (Wedding) dress of groom.

Baraat had to outside the city Multan to Rahim Yar Khan, which
takes 3 to 4 hours on both side. So, we had to leave early in the morning. We entered the city after about 3.5 hours and we went straight to the Marriage Hall. Where we were warmly welcome by the bride side.

We were showered with flowers as we entered the hall. I was made to sit on the sofa on the stage with Groom where the Nikah Khawan (a person who solemnizes the marriage.

The Nikah was recited, followed by prayers for the couple's well-being and happiness. The groom was very nervous and he is repeatedly asking me to sit with him.

After that lunch was started as the guest were sitting for a long time. The food menu is very short but very well made. The menu includes Fresh green salad, Chicken Biryani, chicken Korma with naan (Bread). I ate everything properly.

After the meal, we took the groom to the bride's side, so that the rest of the rituals can be performed there.

We sat on this side for a while. People had a photo session with Groom and Bride. After that, the preparations for the return started as we had to go back after a long travel and its was evening time.

After that, the groom and bride are sitting in a car and we leave for our return. And the very next day was Walima. I attended a weeding after a long time so it was memorable for me. I hope you like the wedding scenes.
