Hi everyone! This is Part 2 of my mom's birthday celebration. Now we are heading to SM City Cebu to have our lunch there, but on our way there, the driver asked us if we wanted to stop by somewhere, and we decided to stop by at the park of Naga. On our way, almost all of us slept the whole time we were tired of walking, and I think because of the hot temperature. So after a few minutes or hours, we arrived at Naga, and let me tell you, the view was so nice! I bet it looks better at night. After we parked the car, we got out, and me and my brother rushed to take pictures even though it was so hot. We were just stopping there for a while just to take some pictures.
My other brother bought some dirty ice cream to counter the hot air, and he gave some to us. After taking enough pictures, we rushed to their side to cool down because it was so hot and to eat some ice cream. There were some vendors, but it's still closed because I think it's still 2 p.m. at that time. After enjoying the view and our ice cream, we decide that it's time to go on our way because we're starving. And after some time we arrived at the south bus because that's where he would drop us, and we were just going to take 01K to go to SM Cebu. When we arrived at the SM Cebu, we were discussing where we should eat, and we decided to eat at Mang Inasal, and my sister decided to buy some cake at Goldilocks, and we ate it in the Manginasal.
After we ate, my mother wanted to stay at my sister's boarding house to spend time with my niece because my sister is living with my older sister and my older sister has kids. So we parted ways after we ate. My sister and my mother went to BH, my cousin went home, and me, my boyfriend, my brother, and his boyfriend went to the third floor to play at Cyberzone. Therefore, we headed to the cyberzone, and when we got there, there were so many people playing. We decided to change our 100 pesos for tokens, and we get 24 tokens. We divided the 24 tokes into 4 so we have 6 pieces each.
Me and my boyfriend searched for a game for us to play, and we decided to play the basketball thing, and the whole time my boyfriend was cheating. Hahaha, he stood to the side of the machine so that he could easily shoot, and it made me laugh so hard seeing him cheat and trying so hard to get the high score.
After that, we decided to try the claw machine, but sadly, we never caught one, and we almost used up our tokens, so we transferred to another game. I randomly picked this game; you just need to push the button, and then the ball falls out and lands at any number, and that number is how much you get a ticket. So I just randomly slipped a token and pushed the button, and then unexpectedly I won the jackpot! Yes! I won the jackpot, and I didn't get to video because it was too sudden, and we were overwhelmed with joy. And I tried again, but it never landed in the jackpot again, so I think it was a beginner's luck.
After that, my brother wants to go to CR, so we searched for a comfort room, and me and my boyfriend waited for them outside. So beside the comfort room are department toys for kids, and they have a statue of Iron Man near their door, and my boyfriend saw it and wanted to take pictures beside it. As I take some pictures, he's like a boy who meets his idol, and I find it adorable.
After a fun-filled day, everyone was a little tired on the quiet bus journey home. Outside, we observed the city lights turning on, giving everything a glittering appearance. After a day of celebrating Mom's birthday, it felt lovely to ride home together. We had won a jackpot at the arcade, taken goofy photos, and laughed a lot. Being together, creating memories, and simply enjoying each other's presence felt nice. It served as a reminder that when you're with the people you care about, even seemingly ordinary activities, like going to the mall and the park, can become quite memorable.
