En mi proceso de desintoxicación del cuerpo, me encontré con la necesidad de adquirir una herramienta tecnológica, que me permita el extraer el jugo de algunos vegetales. Así es como emprendí con la búsqueda del mejor extractor del jugo a un precio que se adapte a mi economía, por supuesto.

En primera instancia no sabía qué características debía considerar para que sea una compra efectiva y sin arrepentimientos, lo único que tuve claro es que necesitaba una máquina que este al nivel de extraer el jugo de 50 a 60 zanahorias, puesto que el objetivo principal es obtener 2 litros diarios de jugo natural de esta fruta, así que me serviría una máquina que tenga buena potencia y no se caliente tan pronto para que conserve en su mayoría los nutrientes, ya que de eso se trata, aprovechar esta fruta para lograr con éxito el famoso Detox de zanahoria creado por el Dr. Ludwig Johnson, si quizás es un tema de interés el Detox en esta página puedes encontrar más información.
Con pocos conocimientos y una tarea aparentemente grande salí de casa en busca de mi nuevo juguete de cocina, luego de alrededor de unas 7 visitas a diferentes almacenes encontré al indicado y lo adquirí por un precio de $75 dólares. Se trata del extractor de jugo de la marca ECHEFPRO modelo SL380J y con una potencia de 700 watts.

With little knowledge and a seemingly big task I left home in search of my new kitchen toy, after about 7 visits to different stores I found the right one and purchased it for a price of $75 dollars. It is the juice extractor of the brand ECHEFPRO model SL380J and with a power of 700 watts.
Este último factor y el modelo físico del extractor fue lo que me atrapó dado que varios de los electrodomésticos como batidoras o licuadoras de la línea profesional vienen con un motor de potencia de 700 watts, así que puntos a su favor; por el lado del modelo me gustó su tamaño y la facilidad de abertura para ingresar los alimentos en su tamaño completo, además que el filtro de la canasta es de acero inoxidable. La caja incluye el recipiente de la pulpa, jarra con tapa que hace la función de recolectar el jugo con capacidad de un litro, un cepillo limpiador y el manual de instrucciones para su respectivo uso.

Realmente muy emocionada por iniciar mi reto de la zanahoria, era momento de probar la ostentosidad que prometía la máquina, sin embargo, como aspecto importante hay algunos consejos que encontré en el instructivo antes de iniciar para aprovechar al máximo este extractor de jugo y así librarse de algún accidente por falta de conocimiento.
Entre la información que está disponible es sobre cómo usar la máquina y cómo limpiarla adecuadamente a partir de identificar el montaje y desmontaje de las piezas movibles, una vez se dé por finalizada la extracción. Luego de haber husmeado en el instructivo, el siguiente paso es la preparación de mi grandioso jugo de zanahoria, que claramente será la gran demostración de esta máquina.
Really very excited to start my carrot challenge, it was time to try the ostentation that the machine promised, however, as an important aspect there are some tips that I found in the instructions before starting to make the most of this juice extractor and thus avoid any accident due to lack of knowledge.
Among the information that is available is how to use the machine and how to clean it properly from identifying the assembly and disassembly of moving parts, once the extraction is finished. After snooping through the instructions, the next step is the preparation of my great carrot juice, which will clearly be the great demonstration of this machine.
Para ello inicié lavando el extractor y luego las zanahorias; para el detox no es necesario pelarlas, es lo que recomienda el doctor, ya que ahí están los químicos que requiere el organismo para realizar este proceso de limpieza. Entonces lo que aprendí después de experimentar por una semana con el extractor es cortar el largor de las zanahorias en dos trozos para que quepan en el tubo de alimentación del extractor y así acelerar el tiempo de extracción sin forzar la máquina.
To do this I started by washing the extractor and then the carrots; for the detox it is not necessary to peel them, that is what the doctor recommends, since there are the chemicals that the body requires to perform this cleansing process. So what I learned after experimenting for a week with the extractor is to cut the length of the carrots in two pieces so that they fit in the extractor's feeding tube and thus speed up the extraction time without forcing the machine.

Aunque el extractor de jugo tiene una potencia de 700 watts, fue evidente la aparición de un leve calentamiento luego de la extracción de un litro de jugo por un tiempo aproximado de 20 minutos de encendido. Por ello considero que es recomendable no someterlo a un uso prolongado y continuo, así prolongar su vida útil. Con respecto a la limpieza y mantenimiento después de cada uso, es imprescindible desmontar el extractor de jugo para limpiarlo adecuadamente, ya que hay una gran acumulación de residuos tanto el recolector de residuos, cuchillas, filtro y alrededores.
Although the juice extractor has a power of 700 watts, it was evident the appearance of a slight heating after the extraction of a liter of juice for a time of approximately 20 minutes of ignition. Therefore, I consider that it is advisable not to subject it to prolonged and continuous use, in order to extend its useful life. El resultado del jugo llenó mis expectativas, hay una ausencia de residuos y el sabor que produce es agradable, sin embargo, como todo producto, tiene algunas ventajas y desventajas que nombrar. Como ventaja puedo asegurar que la máquina es rápida y fácil de desmontar cada pieza para su limpieza, además el seguro que posee en el encendido es completamente bueno. Pero como desventaja, el fuerte sonido que produce el motor es un aspecto negativo cuando se refiere a ofrecer una mayor comodidad del usuario.
The result of the juice met my expectations, there is an absence of residues and the flavor it produces is pleasant, however, like any product, it has some advantages and disadvantages to name. As an advantage I can assure that the machine is fast and easy to disassemble each part for cleaning, also the safety lock it has on the ignition is completely good. But as a disadvantage, the loud sound produced by the engine is a negative aspect when it comes to offering greater user comfort.

En definitiva, esta compra resultó ser asertiva, en su mayoría no he tenido inconvenientes en lo que va una semana de uso, cumple con su función de extraer jugo de manera rápida y eficiente, esa es una gran ventaja. También es positivo que haya descubierto la forma más eficiente de cortar las zanahorias para que quepan en el tubo de alimentación y acelerar el proceso de extracción.
Por todo lo mencionado desde mi experiencia esta adquisición es recomendable por su calidad precio, si tienes las posibilidades de adquirir una con mayor capacidad, está perfecto. Mientras tanto sigo dándole uso hasta que termine mi reto de las zanahorias y luego me anime por otro, de hecho, había pensado en el jugo de repollo verde o col, así que esto se pone más divertido para mí, gracias por tu lectura.
All in all, this purchase turned out to be assertive, for the most part I have had no inconveniences so far in a week of use, it fulfills its function of extracting juice quickly and efficiently, that is a big plus. It is also positive that I have discovered the most efficient way to cut the carrots to fit in the feeding tube and speed up the extraction process.
For all the above mentioned from my experience this acquisition is recommended for its quality price, if you have the possibilities of acquiring one with greater capacity, it is perfect. In the meantime I keep giving it use until I finish my carrot challenge and then I am encouraged by another one, in fact, I had thought about green cabbage or cabbage juice, so this gets more fun for me, thanks for your reading.
