El torneo que necesitaba y no lo sabía.. Resulta que ese día yo estaba viendo las publicaciones de la comunidad como suelo hacerlo, hasta que me topé con la publicación del torneo, un torneo sobre Smash Karts? inmediatamente pensé QUIERO PARTICIPAR, aunque también pensaba ¿Cuál es ese juego? 😅 resulta que es un juego con una temática muy parecido a los juegos de carreras de Mario Bros y Crash Bandicot, con la diferencia que usualmente en los 2 anteriores mencionados el principal modo de juego se basa en carreras, acá es un poco diferente, el principal modo de juego es un combate de Todos contra Todos donde el objetivo no es cruzar una meta sino que cada kill que hagamos nos estará otorgando 1 punto, al finalizar el tiempo gana el que más puntos haya logrado.
En este torneo podíamos participar en 2 juegos, Smash Karts y League of Legends, algo que quiero mencionar es que en este torneo había un premio total de 50 HBD, premios que fueron patrocinados por @bananasfallers, @dimeilaz y @aliento, estos 50 HBD estarían repartidos entre un total de 10 ganadores (5 HBD para cada uno de los ganadores), 5 ganadores de Smash Karts y 5 ganadores de League of Legends, si gustan en el siguiente link los invito a votar por los testigos de @aliento y @dimeilaz para seguir teniendo actividades y torneos como este a futuro: Vota por @aliento | Vota por @dimeilaz.
The tournament I needed and I didn't know it.... It turns out that day I was looking at the community publications as I usually do, until I came across the publication of the tournament, a tournament about Smash Karts ... I immediately thought I WANT TO PARTICIPATE, although I also thought What is that game? 😅 it turns out that it is a game with a theme very similar to the racing games of Mario Bros and Crash Bandicot, with the difference that usually in the 2 previous mentioned the main game mode is based on racing, here is a little different, the main game mode is a combat of All against All where the goal is not to cross a goal but each kill we do will be giving us 1 point, at the end of the time wins the one who has achieved more points.

Sinceramente participar en el torneo no estaba en mis planes, de hecho me tomó por sorpresa, incluso en la publicación hecha por nuestros amigos de @playerhive comenté que era una lástima haber visto el post tan tarde ya que no iba a poder participar y que le deseaba suerte a todos, dije esto porque vi la publicación faltando solo 3 horas para que inicie el torneo, así que pensaba que no me iba a dar tiempo de entrenar y no iba a poder dar una participación decente, luego de pensarlo durante un rato decidí descargar el juego y probarlo a ver qué tal se me daba, las primeras partidas las perdí pero poco a poco le fui cogiendo el gusto al juego y sus mecánicas, luego de un rato entrenando volví a comentar que estaba entrenando y me sentía listo para participar, seguido de eso llené un formulario muy simple donde solo debíamos poner nuestro nombre de usuario en Hive, Correo electrónico y por último seleccionar a qué torneo deseamos participar, cabe destacar que podíamos elegir ambas casillas para participar en ambos torneos, y listo! así de simple era el registro para este gran torneo. 😁
Honestly participating in the tournament was not in my plans, in fact it took me by surprise, even in the publication made by our friends of @playerhive I commented that it was a pity to have seen the post so late since I would not be able to participate and that I wished luck to everyone, I said this because I saw the publication missing only 3 hours to start the tournament, so I thought I would not have time to train and I would not be able to give a decent participation, after thinking for a while I decided to download the game and try it to see how I was doing, I lost the first games but little by little I got the taste for the game and its mechanics, after a while training I returned to comment that I was training and I felt ready to participate, after that I filled a very simple form where we only had to put our username in Hive, email and finally select which tournament we want to participate, it is noteworthy that we could choose both boxes to participate in both tournaments, and ready! that's how simple was the registration for this great tournament. 😁
No lo había mencionado pero en el torneo de Smash Karts se iban a realizar 5 rondas, 3 en el modo normal del juego que es todos contra todos y 2 en el modo de "atrapa el sombrero", en el modo normal debemos acabar con nuestros rivales con los diferentes power-ups que nos dan al coger las cajas esparcidas por el mapa, cada kill equivale a 1 punto, gana el que mayor puntaje tenga al finalizar las partidas, estas partidas eran de 10 minutos, por otra parte en el modo atrapa el sombrero debíamos sostener un sombrero por un total de 60segundos (no importaba si entre esos 60 segundos lo habías agarrado 10 veces o más), este modo es súper complicado ya que imaginen a 10+ personas persiguiéndose por todo el mapa acabando con todo a su camino solo por agarrar un sombrero. 😂
Bueno, ahora sí les contaré de mi experiencia en mi participación, esta primera ronda para mí fue un sin fin de emociones ya que yo soy una persona muy, muy competitiva y como todos quería ganar la primera ronda para imponer respeto, desde que dieron la contraseña de la sala mis latidos aumentaron fuertemente, sentía que latía a 100 por hora, estaba muy nervioso, frío de todo, casi me da un patatus 🤣, como mencioné esta primera ronda era de todos contra todos, antes de comenzar me sentía seguro ya que ya había ganado un par de partidas contra otras personas por diferencia abismal, al enfrentarme contra los Hivers choqué fuertemente contra un muro, desde que comenzó la partida en todo momento me mantuve entre 3er, 4to y 5to lugar ¿el primer lugar? ni de cerca! siempre me sacaban entre 2-5 puntos, poco a poco mis nervios iban aumentando, mis grandes rivales en esta partida eran @bananasfallers, @thejuls y @soldierofdreams ya que en todo momento estaba viéndolos de lejitos, así como cuando nuestra madre no nos dejaba salir a jugar y veíamos a nuestros amigos divirtiéndose desde la venta, bueno así mismo se sentía! por fin luego de estar durante unos largos 9 minutos sin si quiera estar cerca del 1er lugar logré empatar a nuestro compañero bananas, aquí mis nervios aumentaron y mi corazón ya no iba a 100, IBA A 1000! logré sacar una diferencia de 4 puntos y logré hacerme con la victoria de la primera ronda.😁
Para que se rían de mí, resulta que @bananasfallers al ser organizador del evento no podía y yo estaba ahí, peleándome con él casi que solo con el corazón y los nervios a 1000.😅
I had not mentioned it but in the Smash Karts tournament there were going to be 5 rounds, 3 in the normal mode of the game which is everyone against everyone and 2 in the "catch the hat" mode, in the normal mode we must kill our rivals with the different power-ups that we get when we pick up the boxes scattered around the map, each kill is equivalent to 1 point, the winner is the one with the highest score at the end of the games, these games were of 10 minutes, on the other hand in the catch the hat mode we had to hold a hat for a total of 60seconds (no matter if between those 60 seconds you had grabbed it 10 times or more), this mode is super complicated because imagine 10+ people chasing each other all over the map finishing with everything in their way just to grab a hat. 😂
Well, now I will tell you about my experience in my participation, this first round for me was a lot of emotions since I am a very, very competitive person and like everyone else I wanted to win the first round to impose respect, since they gave the password of the room my heartbeat increased strongly, I felt that it was beating at 100 per hour, I was very nervous, cold of everything, as I mentioned this first round was all against all, before starting I felt confident because I had already won a couple of games against other people by an abysmal difference, when I faced the Hivers I hit hard against a wall, since the game started at all times I kept between 3rd, 4th and 5th place, first place? not even close! they always took me between 2-5 points, little by little my nerves were increasing, my big rivals in this game were @bananasfallers, @thejuls and @soldierofdreams because I was watching them from far away, just like when our mother didn't let us go out to play and we saw our friends having fun from the sale, well that's how it felt! Finally after being for a long 9 minutes without even being close to the 1st place I managed to tie our partner bananas, here my nerves increased and my heart was no longer going to 100, I WAS GOING TO 1000! I managed to get a difference of 4 points and managed to take the victory of the first round.
To make them laugh at me, it turns out that @bananasfallers being the organizer of the event could not and I was there, fighting with him almost alone with my heart and nerves at 1000.😅
En esta segunda ronda tocó un nuevo modo de juego para mí el cual era "atrapa el sombrero", ya expliqué como funciona así que vamos a lo importante, pasa y acontece que al yo ser uno de los ganadores me dieron la orden de ser un "saboteador" junto a Bananas e Ilaz para sabotear a los jugadores ya que yo no podía ganar en este modo, esta ronda la disfruté más que la primera ya que se me habían calmado los nervios y ahora sí soltaba una que otra risa a cada rato 😂, esta ronda la terminó ganando nuestro amigo @soldierofdreams dándonos una brutal paliza ya que hizo 60 puntos mientras que el 2do hizo 36 puntos, casi el doble!
In this second round I played a new game mode for me which was "catch the hat", I already explained how it works so let's go to the important thing, it happens and it happens that when I was one of the winners I was ordered to be a "saboteur" along with Bananas and Ilaz to sabotage the players since I could not win in this mode, I enjoyed this round more than the first one because my nerves had calmed down and now I was laughing all the time 😂, this round was won by our friend @soldierofdreams giving us a brutal beating because he made 60 points while the 2nd made 36 points, almost double!
Para esta tercera ronda volvimos nuevamente con el todos contra todos, lo que es igual a masacre por todas partes! acá si podía jugar en serio ya que si yo quedaba de primer lugar se tomaba como ganador a la siguiente persona con mayor puntaje que aún no hubiese ganado, este mapa era bastante divertido ya que era un poco grande pero habían 2 lados, cuando todos los jugadores estaban en un solo lado era un sálvese quien pueda jaja eso era misiles, balas, cohetes, cañones, dinamitas por todos lados! acá pudimos disfrutar de una lucha de titanes entre @cocacolaron y DrChewySniff donde a lo largo de la partida estuvieron bastante parejos, sin embargo Chewy faltando 1:30 para que terminara la partida se tilteó y no hizo ninguna kill desde ese momento, tanto tiempo perdido le costó la victoria, dando como ganador Cocacolaron en esta gran tercer ronda. 🥳
For this third round we returned again with the all against all, which is equal to massacre everywhere! here if I could play seriously because if I was in first place was taken as winner to the next person with the highest score that had not yet won, this map was quite funny because it was a bit big but there were 2 sides, when all players were on one side was an every man for himself haha that was missiles, bullets, rockets, cannons, dynamites everywhere! here we could enjoy a fight of titans between @cocacolaron and DrChewySniff where throughout the game they were pretty even, however Chewy missing 1:30 to end the game was tilted and did not make any kill from that moment, so much time lost cost him the victory, giving Cocacolaron as winner in this great third round. 🥳
Pasando rápidamente a la cuarta ronda nuevamente nos encontramos con el modo de "atrapa el sombrero", sin duda alguna esta ronda para muchos fue la mejor ronda, el mapa era increíble para este modo de juego, tenía unos toboganes que oh amigo! esa, ESA era la clave para ganar este modo de juego y Frankches lo sabía muy bien 😂, básicamente al tener el sombrero e irnos por el tobogán se hacía muy complicado a los Hivers el matarnos, son contar que tenían una sola oportunidad de matarnos, si fallaban el power-up seguramente íbamos a ganar unos cuantos segundos extras, esta partida fue súper divertida y a pesar de no poder hablar con discord me divertí mucho escuchando a mis compañeros todo lo que decían y como morían de risa, aunque en esta ronda hubo un bug no sé si solo para mí, pero el puntaje de Frankches no me iba contando, es decir siempre lo veía en 1 punto, por eso cuando él ganó me impresioné bastante ya que imagínense que alguien de la nada gane que no lo viste en ningún momento en la tabla de clasificación, revisando el vídeo Frankches tuvo el sombrero durante mucho tiempo solo que a mí no me lo contaba 😅 esta es y será una ronda inolvidable!
Moving quickly to the fourth round again we find the "catch the hat" mode, without a doubt this round for many was the best round, the map was amazing for this game mode, it had some slides that oh man! that, THAT was the key to win this game mode and Frankches knew it very well 😂, basically having the hat and going down the slide made it very complicated for the Hivers to kill us, they had only one chance to kill us, if they failed the power-up surely we were going to win a few extra seconds, this game was super fun and despite not being able to talk to discord I had a lot of fun listening to my teammates everything they said and how they were dying of laughter, although in this round there was a bug I don't know if it was only for me, but Frankches score was not counting, I always saw it in 1 point, that's why when he won I was quite impressed because imagine that someone out of nowhere wins that you didn't see at any time on the leaderboard, reviewing the video Frankches had the hat for a long time only that he didn't count it to me 😅 this is and will be an unforgettable round!
Y llegamos finalmente a la última ronda de este maravilloso torneo, nuevamente volvimos al modo de todos contra todos, esta fue una ronda muy brutal donde 2 de los ganadores (Soldiero y yo) nos estábamos dando pata' y kunfu' para ver quién se quedaba con el primer lugar, después de unos largos 10 minutos cuando finalizó la partida sucedió algo inesperado, en el 1er lugar quedó Soldiero (Ya ganador) en el 2do lugar quedé yo que ya había ganado también y en el 3er lugar quedó Bananas que siendo el organizador no podía optar por el premio de la última ronda, quedando así Arisu (4ta) y LadyUnicorn (5ta) empatadas con 21 puntos! increíble, ¿no? en un principio había saludo a luz la posibilidad de hacer una partida solo entre ellxs para decidir al ganador pero por falta de tiempo ya que también se iba a realizar el torneo de League of Legends se optó por dar la victoria a quien haya tenido menos muertes, siendo así la ganadora de esta 5ta y última ronda @ladyunicorn.😁
And we finally reached the last round of this wonderful tournament, again we returned to the all against all mode, this was a very brutal round where 2 of the winners (Soldiero and me) were giving us pata' and kunfu' to see who would take the first place, after a long 10 minutes when the game ended something unexpected happened, in the 1st place was Soldiero (already winner) in the 2nd place was me who had already won too and in the 3rd place was Bananas who being the organizer could not opt for the prize of the last round, thus leaving Arisu (4th) and LadyUnicorn (5th) tied with 21 points! Incredible, isn't it? at the beginning there was a possibility of having a game only between them to decide the winner but due to lack of time since the League of Legends tournament was also going to be held, it was decided to give the victory to the one who had less kills, thus being the winner of this 5th and last round @ladyunicorn.😁.
Ya para finalizar lo que fue esta increíble experiencia del torneo estos fueron los ganadores del torneo y sus respectivos premios, la verdad es que esta fue una experiencia única, para mí el poder participar en un torneo bastante competitivo con grandes amigos, y el poder ganar al menos 1 ronda fue la cereza del pastel, más feliz no puedo estar. 😁
Already to finish what was this incredible tournament experience I want these were the winners of the tournament and their respective prizes awarded, the truth is that this was a unique experience for me to participate in a very competitive tournament with great friends, and being able to win at least 1 round was the icing on the cake, I can not be happier. 😁
