¡Hola! Amigos de la fabulosa comunidad de Geek Zone, en este día les hablaré de unos de los juegos que ha dejado una marca de alegría y emoción en mí. No es una novedad este juego, pero estoy seguro de que le ha gustado a muchas personas y se van a animar cuando les comente sobre este proyecto, que lo disfrutaron bastantes usuarios.
Hello! Friends of the fabulous Geek Zone community, today I will tell you about one of the games that left a trace of joy and excitement in me. This game is not a novelty, but I am sure that many liked it, and will be glad when I tell you about this project, which was enjoyed by many users.
Half-Life 2, unas de las joyas de Valve, es un juego de la categoría disparos en primera persona lanzado en noviembre del año 2004 y es la continuación del famoso proyecto revolucionario Half Life. Esta secuela se destacó principalmente por los nuevos motores gráficos que se implementaron y diferentes cualidades, ya sea de jugabilidad, historia, entre otras innovaciones. El recibimiento que tuvo este juego fue muy positivo por parte de los usuarios, haciendo que este haya tenido un motón de ventas y logrando que algunos críticos importantes lo nombraran uno de los mejores juegos de la década. A pesar de ser publicado casi a media década de los 2000, un factor que vale la pena mencionar, puesto que los próximos desarrollo de videojuegos vendrían con nuevas ideas y avances tecnológicos.
Half-Life 2, one of Valve's jewels, is a first-person shooter game released in November 2004 and is the continuation of the famous Half-Life revolutionary project. This sequel stood out mainly because of the new graphic engines that were implemented and the different qualities, whether in gameplay, story, among other innovations. The reception of this game was very positive by the users, making it have many sales and some important critics named it one of the best games of the decade. Despite being published almost in the mid-2000s, a factor worth mentioning, since the next development of the video game would come with new ideas and technological advances.
En este nuevo viaje de las aventuras del físico teórico Gordon Freeman, le veremos despertar tiempo después del último suceso en el anterior videojuego, donde Freeman toma la decisión de aceptar el trabajo ofrecido por el misterioso hombre con vestimenta de empresario que lleva un maletín, este sujeto se le conoce como G-Man. De allí en adelante apreciaríamos poco a poco como Gordon se va adentrando a la acción, junto a viejos y nuevos compañeros que lo apoyaran todo lo que pueda.
In this new journey of the adventures of theoretical physicist Gordon Freeman, we will see him wake up sometime after the last event of the previous video game. Where Freeman makes the decision to accept the job offered by the mysterious man dressed as a businessman carrying a briefcase, this guy is known as G-Man. From then on, little by little we will appreciate how Gordon enters into action, along with old and new companions who will support him in everything they can.
Los primeros eventos del juego inician en Ciudad 17, una de las ciudades establecidas y controladas por La Alianza, los nuevos gobernantes de la Tierra. Después haberle ganado la guerra a la Tierra en tan solo unas cuantas horas y así hacerse completamente con el planeta. Luego de la inminente derrota, se ve un mundo muy diferente al que fue antes por causa de las tormentas portales que se generó al derrotar a Nihilanth, el jefe enemigo del juego anterior. Trayendo una serie de criaturas alienígenas llamadas Xen, que se esparcieron por todo el planeta. Es evidente que el mundo se ha vuelto distópico y con un escenario post-apocalíptico, pues tal amenaza como La Alianza, que está acostumbrado a invadir mundos, se hizo fácilmente con la tierra. Pero no todo está perdido, con el regreso de Gordon Freeman, provocará una chispa que encenderá la llama de la esperanza a la humanidad.
The first events of the game begin in City 17, one of the cities established and controlled by The Alliance, the new rulers of Earth. After having won the war on Earth in just a few hours and thus completely taking over the planet. After the imminent defeat, you see a world very different from the previous one due to the portal storms generated by defeating Nihilanth, the boss enemy from the previous game. A series of alien creatures called Xen appear and spread across the planet. It is clear that the world has become dystopian and with a post-apocalyptic scenario, as a threat like The Alliance, accustomed to invading worlds, easily took over the earth. But all is not lost, with the return of Gordon Freeman, a spark will ignite the flame of hope for humanity.
Con un total de 14 capítulos incorporados en la historia de Half-Life 2, Gorodon Freeman con el traje HEV y su herramienta pata de cabra que nunca puede faltar, estará entrando en disturbios, persecuciones sobre el agua, en pueblos espeluznantes y haciendo de Toretto conduciendo como en rápido y furioso. La variedad de acontecimientos que suceden durante los capítulos del juego, se convierte en unas de las cosas que hacen que me grade este juego, fue algo que no había experimentados en otras obras. Es un hecho que este juego tenga tanto mérito, pues por mí le doy un 9.9 de 10. Hasta ahora no he visto una continuación más de un juego más triunfal que este, creo que el trabajo de los desarrolladores fue muy impecable y ellos lo deben de saber. La elegancia y desempeño en el desarrollo de este proyecto hace de este unos de los mejores juegos que he podido llegar a jugar.
With a total of 14 chapters incorporated into Half-Life 2's story, Gorodon Freeman with the HEV suit and his never-to-be-missed goat leg tool will be going into riots, overwater chases, creepy towns and playing Toretto driving as Fast and Furious. The variety of events that happen during the chapters of the game, becomes one of the things that make me love this game, it was something that I had not experienced in other works. It is a fact that this game has so much merit, because for me, I give it a 9.9 out of 10. So far I have not seen another sequel to a game more triumphant than this one, I think the work of the developers was very impeccable and they must know it. The elegance and performance in the development of this project makes this one of the best games I've ever played.
