Hace aproximadamente 4 meses se dañó la lavadora que teníamos en casa una Whirlpool automática de 16 kilos, eso trajo una cadena de acontecimientos, pues la verdad yo no tenía para adquirir una nueva y creí que esa tendría reparación para mi sorpresa, ese modelo no cuenta con repuestos en Venezuela, así que se optó por reparar una Mabe que teníamos guardada, esa se pudo reparar y dio la talla por aproximadamente 2 meses, hasta que comenzó a fallar de nuevo, pero no por la parte mecánica, aquí entro mas en juego la parte eléctrica, incluso creyendo que la falla era la tarjeta opte por comprar una nueva, para mi sorpresa ese no era el problema, pues la falla persistió
Así llame al servicio técnico Mabe y vinieron rápidamente a darme un diagnóstico y un presupuesto, pero para venir a reparar fue una tortura, el joven nunca venia temprano y al venir ya tarde y cansado no atendía la situación como se debía, incluso llegue a sentir que me tomaba en pelo, cuando lo llamaba para preguntar cuando vendría.
Ya cansada de la burla y tomando el consejo de un compañero de #HIVE y de una amiga que me dijo que por lo que me estaban cobrando por la reparación hiciera un esfuerzo para conseguir un poco mas y adquirir una nueva, así me decidí y le saque el cuerpo a los del servicio técnico por irresponsables, hice un Power Down y complete para comprar una lavadora nueva.
Por otra parte, ya había visitado una tienda de electrodomésticos con una amiga y visto precios, marcas y modelos, además de revisar otras tiendas por internet, pero me gusto mucho una que ella había adquirido y opte por comprar ese mismo modelo.
Así que aquí les presento formalmente mi lavadora nueva una Daewoo DA-11GTLW1 con capacidad de hasta 11 kilos, este modelo que me atrevo a llamar compacto por su tamaño pesa unos 38 kilos y es de un tamaño cómodo, ya que no ocupa mucho espacio, cosa que me encanto pues vengo de ver en casa lavadoras grandes, la primera una analógica General Electric, luego una LG automática de 9 o 10 kilos, luego la Mabe de 11 o 12 kilos y finalmente la Whirpool de 16 kilos, así que ver esta cosita pequeña con capacidad para 11 kilos me encanto ya que siento que no debe estar como encojada y cabe prácticamente en cualquier espacio.
Ahora bien, entre sus características más llamativas tiene que es de lavado rápido, su ciclo mas corto es de 15 minutos y el mayor si incluimos remojo es de 77 minutos, por otro lado se pueden usar sus diferentes ciclos de manera independiente si lo deseamos, es decir, solo lavar o centrifugar, además de que si lo queremos podemos dejar que ella sola estime o pese la ropa, que se le ha colocado y decida el nivel de agua y el ciclo para el lavado o nosotros podemos elegir por ella, posee en el tambor un filtro para atrapar la pelusa y en su parte baja trasera un filtro de la bomba de agua, sus patas son adaptables lo que permite que se le dé la lavadora la estabilidad que necesita en caso de superficies que no estén llanas, como es mi caso.
Por otro lado, para cuidar mi inversión un día antes de la llegada de la lavadora ,compre para ella un protector de voltaje de la marca Exceline, por el precio de 16 $, con tres años de garantía, lo que me lleva a lo siguiente, el costo de la lavadora, el mismo fue por un total de 350 $ y fue adquirida en tiendas DAKA, teniendo garantía de un año, mi esposo la fue a buscar con un amigo que nos hizo el favor de traerla a casa, pero tiendas DAKA, tiene delivery gratis.
Finalmente, les puedo decir que esta ha sido una buena inversión y que he podido adquirir esta lavadora en su totalidad gracias a #HIVE, en cuanto a la Mabe estoy investigando si además del sensor de peso y las válvulas de llenado, hay que cambiar alguna otra pieza, al parecer el capacitador esta dañado, para venderla como repuesto o a alguien que desee arreglarla y ponerla a funcionar, la verdad no es un mal equipo, mi problema fue lidiar con los técnicos, ya que ninguno demostró verdadero interés y diligencia en querer solucionar, ahora me despido esperando leer en los opiniones en el cajón de comentarios.

On the other hand, I had already visited an appliance store with a friend and seen prices, brands and models, in addition to reviewing other online stores, but I really liked one that she had purchased and opted to buy that same model.
