Feathered Friends - Show Me A Photo Contest Round 48

Hello, everyone in #hiveland who is a fan of bird watching. We're back, and this time we've got some pictures of our feathered friends to share with you.

THE REFLECTIONS OF THE BIRDS

The hill where Van Vihar is located near the huge pond in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh's capital (India), was abandoned about three decades ago, and the forest had been devastated by the populace. The intense protection of this hill's forest area began in 1981, and the hill began to turn green soon after. The region was designated as a National Park, and the name Van Vihar was given to it.

Nature is seen in its natural form at Van Vihar, and a portion of the Bhopal Big Pond (about 50 hectares) adjacent to Van Vihar is also part of Van Vihar, making the entire area incredibly picturesque.

Waves swaying in the pond's waters, water birds soaring around, and boats transporting guests to the pond all contribute to the pond's beautiful beauty. In the evening, seeing the sun set across the great pond is a fascinating experience in and of itself.

I visited this place along with my family two years ago. Took many pictures (with my smartphone) of birds, animals and vast nature around, some of them I presented here. Hope you all enjoy them.

That concludes my participation in this week's #smap competition, my dear friends. To be able to share photographs with people all over the world is always a pleasure.

The contest would not be possible without the help of @nelinoeva's weekly themes, @melinda010100's support of the contest, and, of course, the work of @barbara-orenya, who has created so much great artwork.

Hope you're all going to have a nice day #birdwatching.
