| На территории монастыря есть большой пруд. Для нас было открытием, что большая колония водоплавающих птиц зимует на этом пруду. Однако в наших местах водоемы обычно замерзают зимой. Большая часть пруда была покрыта льдом. Но для птиц специально сделаны установки на дне пруда, из которых подается воздух. Он перемешивает воду и не дает ей замерзнуть. |
There is a large pond on the monastery grounds. It was a discovery for us that a large colony of waterfowl spends the winter in this pond. However, in our area, water bodies usually freeze in winter. Most of the pond was covered with ice. But there are special installations at the bottom of the pond for the birds, from which air is supplied. It mixes the water and prevents it from freezing. |
