It's not very often you spot a mallard duckling with a dummy/pacifier in its beak. It was definitely a first for me. It was funny but sad that litter had found its way into the lake.

A few of the Canada geese had their goslings with them in the park. For safety reasons, parents tend to babysit their goslings together in flocks.
Cuteness overload!
The goslings will stay with their parents for at least a year.
The coots also had a few chicks and were busy feeding their brood.
