How I try to Use my Regrets for Good

If there's one thing I'm trying hard to apply in my life, it's to lead my life with No Regrets. I suppose a good life will result in a positive life with a lot of happiness in the future, while a negative life will have an unfortunate effect on the future. A negative life is backward-looking and unpleasant, all negativity and unhappiness.
However, what I also cannot reason away and learn at this later stage of my life, is that regret is also an inevitable part of our humanity. What we as humans need to do is to learn good life lessons out of regret.
A question that immediately comes to my mind is whether we can define regret? We can therefore say that regret is a negative emotion. This is when you look back at your past and feel bad about some decision you took or made in your past or that you did not even make or do at all.
I realize today that if I want to live a good life it requires that I have to look hard at the mistakes that I have made in my past and therefore improve on them. What I can testify to is that I learned good lessons in my past that mean a lot to me today. My life lesson from this experience is to realize how looking back on my life can help me move forward.

We can divide regret into four categories namely:
Regrets in the areas of foundation, boldness, morality, and connection.
The stability of the foundation is a concern. If only I'd completed the task myself. If only I'd done the things that make my life more stable.
Boldness regrets are about purpose: I won't live forever, so when will I accomplish something? I wish I had jumped at the opportunity. You're at a crossroads in your life, and you have the option of playing it safe or taking a risk. People frequently regret not taking a chance. Even in follow-up interviews with people who took a chance and it didn't work out, they seem to be fine with it. They did something, at the very least.
It's all about love in connection with regrets. We are looking for folks who are similar to ourselves.
