The term "Diligent" Simply Means hardworking. Its a virtue with blessings. It should be abide and cultivated by everyone. One thats hardworking show good results or productive, not what one falsely acclaimed.
Being diligent makes one resourceful. But, before one become diligent, that one must be disciplined. Without this quality, one cant be focus. When one is focus, this means that one knows what one needs and ready to get it.
Being focus with attainable goal and great plans. One will not be distracted but hardworking towards more productive.
