Hello everyone. Hope we are all fine? Today is the last day of the month of June. We thank God for guiding and protecting us so far. Larry on his own part resumes work after the public holiday declared by the federal government to celebrate Eid-El-Kabir. But before going about his routine activities,Larry moves over to have a look at today in #history; and he finds out the following historical events:
Larry finds out that on this day in 1937, the world's first emergency telephone number (999) was launched in London, United Kingdom. Most countries of the world now have their emergency numbers. Down here in Nigeria, ours is 112 or 199.
Larry proceeded to the central part of Africa and finds out that on this day in 1960, Zaire, previously known as Belgian Congo and now known as the Democratic Republic of the Congo, gained her independence from Belgium. Happy independence to them in Congo Kinshasa.
From there, Larry switches his interest to sports, particularly the Olympics. Larry finds out that on this day in 1985, Michael Phelps (whose full name is Michael Fred Phelps II), the American swimmer and the most decorated Olympic athlete with 28 medals, was born this day in Baltimore, Maryland, U.S.A.
Still in the Americas, on this day in 2019, Larry finds out that while in the DMZ, President Donald Trump crossed into North Korea to greet its leader, Kim Jong-Un, becoming the first sitting US president to visit that country.
Finally, Larry's eyes flashes as he sees iron Mike's name again. He was in historical event yesterday, albeit for the wrong reasons. He looks closer and finds out that today is his birthday 🎂. Mike Tyson, (Michael Gerald Tyson) was born on this day in 1966 in Brooklyn, New York, U.S.A.
Having seen a positive news about Mike, larry then calls it a day and goes off for business.

Larry the postman as usual went about his duties delivering mails and am sure you know you can also get paid for just finding him. On my path, I hunted and found Larry in three places, that is, at Listnerds, Leadsleap and CTPX!
