En esta semana 231 me voy a presentar con una de mis canciones favoritas de Disney. Y se preguntarán ¿Disney? Es precisamente porque en la película que pensé cuando leí la temática @afri-tunes dije: - Listo, tengo la canción idónea para esto.

Elegí está canción por el grito de euforia que hacen los cantantes en la cinta: Nants Ingonyama... Que traduce: que está el León es como decir aquí está el Rey, y todos los animales van a su encuentro, felices por su nacimiento. Cada vez que miro esa parte de la película me brotan lágrimas. I chose this song because of the euphoric shout that the singers make in the tape: Nants Ingonyama.... Está canción ha sido versionada por muchos artistas de Latinoamérica, Europa y Estado Unidenses. Pero hay una en particular que me gustó muchísimo y fue la idea que tome para realizar este performance, aunque debo confesarles que no quedo igual, traté, pero era yo sola contra el mundo. Solo me tomo tres días para aprenderme la pronunciación, y no conforme con eso, las voces. Porque tuve la brillante idea de hacerla acapella.

Para mí ha sido un enorme placer realizar este performance, con unos pequeños detalles en mi pronunciación así que de antemano, pido disculpas a mis amigos Nigerianos que hacen vida en la comunidad. Pero me gustó mucho este idioma, está no sería la única canción que cantaré en su idioma, practicaré otras más porque me quedo el gusto. Espero mejorar más.

Fue el día jueves que decidí grabar el performance y sacarme fotografías del maquillaje y outfit. Navegando en internet encontré maquillajes interesantes de la cual me inspiré en realizarme este. Solo tomé varias ideas del mismo, mas no realicé el mismo maquillaje tomé una blusa vinotinto con brillos de lentejuelas haciendo un diseño parecido a los que los africanos usan en sus vestimentas, un turbante rojo y para las argollas y el piercing de la nariz separé una cadena y la coloqué en mi nariz y otras en las orejas ya que no uso ese accesorio en la nariz. Cuéntenme, ¿Cómo me veo?

Surfing the internet I found some interesting makeup looks from which I was inspired to do this one. I just took several ideas from it, but I didn't do the same makeup, I took a vinotinto blouse with sequins glitters making a design similar to those that Africans use in their clothes, a red turban and for the rings and the nose piercing I separated a chain and placed it on my nose and others on my ears since I don't use that accessory on my nose. Yo quedé enamorada del resultado, cada día me impresionó de lo que puedo hacer con el maquillaje. Cuando ví el de estás mujeres no conseguía cuál diseño elegir hasta que di con el correcto.
