Hello fellow Musicians and lovers of Music, i believe we are doing great and i welcome us all to Hive Open Mic Week 196 on this wonderful community of @Hive Open Mic.
This week's theme as announced by our recent spotlight artist @isbelhiv02 is "Tus Luces Sobre Mí" which means "Your lights on me". I am @fab-tay and i will be doing the cover of the song "Shine Your Light On Me" by Ema Onyx which is a true reflection of the theme for this week and i believe you will enjoy it.
Light is very important both in natural and supernatural realities. In the natural, lights is useful for vision, plants needs it for photosynthesis to bring out fruits which we consume, light is used for beautification, light is coverted to energy (solar) for man use and many other useful purposes and all these in the natural. In the supernatural, light signifies the nature of God himself who is light and the father of light. He shines His lights on us by giving us Jesus who is "the way, the truth and the light".
Therefore, light has more deeper meaning which includes deliverance from darkness, favour (light of His countenance), solution/breakthrough/victory after a challenge/difficulty (light at the end of a tunnel), visions/revelations (ability to see ahead and to navigate, light also means knowledge and understanding (because knowledge is light) and many other deeper meanings to light.
This song shows us the importance of light as darkness, sickness, depression, affliction etc all bows to light and that light is Jesus. The song emphasizes the importance of light and what the miracle working God can do by His light shinning upon us and transforming us.
