It is no doubt that the 11th is the best time to have a sound sleep but that is also the best time to make investment and do some rational thinking. Where one decides to be shifting the goal post each night to have sleep, such procrastination may prove costly in the long run especially when one knows very well that such a time is the most appropriate time to do that particular business or exercise.
