The Phoenix
Late to the challenges of this week, I decided to make a makeup inspired by the Phoenix, the phoenix is a creature of Greek mythology, it fades to be reborn in all its glory. According to the myth, it possessed several strange gifts, such as the virtue of its tears being healing, a supernatural strength, control over fire, and great physical endurance. It has been a symbol of the physical and spiritual body, the power of fire, purification, and immortality.
Llegando tarde a los retos de esta semana, decidí hacer un maquillaje inspirado en el Ave Fenix, el fénix es una criatura de la mitología griega, ésta se desvanece para renacer con toda su gloria. Según el mito, poseía varios dones extraños, como la virtud de que sus lágrimas fueran curativas, una fuerza sobrenatural, control sobre el fuego y gran resistencia física. ha sido un símbolo del cuerpo físico y espiritual, del poder del fuego, de la purificación, y la inmortalidad.
The first thing I did was to apply some base on one of the eyes to start drawing some lines, with one of the brushes I took some lipstick with an orange shade. Then I began to fill with the same orange and yellow shade.
Lo primero que hice fue aplicar un poco de base en uno de los ojos para comenzar a trazar unas lineas, con una de las brochas tomé un poco de lapiz labial con un tono naranja. Después comencé a rellenar con el mismo tono naranja y un tono amarillo.
Then I used a white, yellow, orange and red shade under the eyebrow, I blurred a little and in the lower lash line I used the same shades.
Luego use un tono blanco, amarillo, naranja y rojo debajo de la ceja, difuminé un poco y en la linea de pestañas inferiores usé los mismos tonos.
Then I did the same steps on the other eye, did some eyeliner and applied mascara.
Luego hice los mismos pasos en el otro ojo, hice un dilineado de ojos y aplique mascara de pestañas.
Finally, apply foundation all over the face, a little blush with an orange tone and apply lipstick the same shade I used for eye makeup, I added a brown hat on each end of the lips.
Finalmente aplique base en toda la cara, un poco de rubor con un tono naranja y aplique lapiz labial el mismo tono que use para el maquillaje de ojos, añadí un sombrado marrón en cada extremo de los labios.
