Desde que tengo uso de memoria siempre he escuchado de Sailor Moon, no sabía muy bien de que trataba pero me gustaba su estética y sus colores, hasta que un día por Internet ví un episodio aleatorio y me fascino; por si no saben de que se trata, trata de 10 chicas que son las guardianas de universo y se hacen llamar las Sailor Scouts, cada una tiene el nombre del planeta del que proviene, luchan por mantener el universo en orden y en paz; para este maquillaje quise hacerlo de una de las Sailor guerreras, de Sailor Mercury, es la más inteligente y tímida de las 10, viene del planeta Mercurio y su poder es el agua, su nombre es Ami Mizuno, quise hacer un maquillaje que representará su poder pero en cuanto a la vestimenta pensé en hacerla como se vestiría ella en el día a día.
Since I can remember I have always heard of Sailor Moon, I did not know very well what it was about but I liked its aesthetics and its colors, until one day on the Internet I saw a random episode and I'm fascinated; In case you don't know what it's about, it's about 10 girls who are the guardians of the universe and call themselves the Sailor Scouts, each one has the name of the planet they come from, they fight to keep the universe in order and in peace; for this make-up I wanted to do it of one of the Sailor warriors, from Sailor Mercury, she is the most intelligent and shy of the 10, she comes from the planet Mercury and her power is water, her name is Ami Mizuno, I wanted to do a make-up that will represent her power but as for the dress I thought of making it how she would dress on a day-to-day basis.
Para empezar el maquillaje le color al párpado con un poco de azul, para profundizar más en la cuenca del ojo, tome un azul un poco más oscuro y fui difuminándolo, cuando me di por satisfecha en cuanto a la saturación del color en los párpados, pensé en colocar sombras azules pero brillantes, un azul claro y un azul oscuro para que resaltará aún más el color azul en los párpados.
To start the makeup I colored the eyelid with a little blue, to go deeper into the eye socket, I took a slightly darker blue and gradually blurred it, when I realized Satisfied with the saturation of the color on the lids, I thought I'd use blue but bright shadows, a light blue and a dark blue to make the blue on the lids stand out even more.
Para hacer las burbujas, tome sombra blanca, rasque un poco el polvo de la sombra y con un poco de agua micelar fui haciendo una pasta para poder usarla como si fuera un delineador, hice círculos, cuando se secaba el delineador improvisado, le di las color en el centro con un sombra azul oscura, para hacer los brillos tome el delineador blanco y fui colocando el brillo dónde me parecía que haría que resaltaran más las burbujas. Por último pero no menos importante, tome nuevamente sombra azul metálica y la coloque en el centro del párpado ya que había perdido mucho el brillo y el color.
To make the bubbles, take white eyeshadow, scratch the shadow powder a little and with a little micellar water I made a paste to be able to use it as if it were an eyeliner, I made circles, when the improvised eyeliner dried, I colored it in the center with a dark blue shadow, to make the glitter I took the white eyeliner and placed the glitter where I thought it would make the bubbles stand out more. Last but not least, I took metallic blue eyeshadow again and placed it in the center of the eyelid as it had lost a lot of shine and color.
El toque final que le di a este maquillaje fue ponerme las pestañas postizas y listo, maquillaje listo, me divertí mucho haciendo este maquillaje, espero pronto hacer el resto de maquillaje de las demás Sailor Scouts.
The final touch I gave to this makeup was to put on the false eyelashes and that's it, makeup done, I had a lot of fun doing this makeup, I hope to do the rest of the makeup for the others Sailor Scouts soon.
