So that is the PLAN part of our process improvement cycle. Note: The size of the traffic exchange community is not stated. Don't limit your imagination to a bunch of TE sites. Consider all types of traffic. Including earning #CTP token kind of traffic from branding a top position on a leader board or Hive Rich List for that matter.
Since mid March 2023, the DO part has been and continues to be demonstrated. The proof is in the immutable component of our beloved blockchain. All the blog entries, creating a Hive community, creating tokens, trading tokens, upvoting, commenting and more; all part of executing a plan.
The CHECK segment is reviewing activities, measuring engagement, collecting feedback and more from our traffic exchanging community. A community that is not limited to any blockchain technology platform anymore than a web2 technology platform. Technology can be very divisive so much so that it has diluted a lot of love and knowledge in our systems. This is where implementing objective measures is critical. Otherwise, your doing may just be serving someone else objective and not your own or the communities you serve.
The ACT sets the stage for the next process improvement cycle. This is where we are guided by our People, Process and Technology(PPT) framework. For example, did the use case solve the problem and did the process perform as expected or are there still issues that must be resolved. Were financial objectives achieved.
This blog is not about getting into the details but more to demonstrate a level of knowledge and best practices used to ensure success along out PEPT and ePay tokenized journey.
Please understand, the structured and process centric approach demonstrated in this community is one way of getting results. Our community must be respectful of all differences. There are always unknown. So using a PDCA cycle is a great way to manage risks associated with the things we do.
