Both philosophies are about creating a necessary mindset for adopting PEPT Philosophy 303 which is build with an understanding of Process Philosophy and more specifically, Business Process Management (BPM).
Today, with the ever changing world, filled with an unbelievable amount of information used to influence change, often in an overly biased or subjective manner, it is necessary for a business to implement an effective management style for their deliverables. For example, client or customer centric versus process centric. Our Hive community, Project ePayTraffic is much more than a membership site running on a manual traffic exchange script. For that reason, a process centric management style has been selected. Well defined processes will bring together users from various types of traffic exchanging technology making transactions and sharing of data across many sites and networks more rewarding for everyone.

In this community, we will explore and expand on work that has already been done via Project ePayTraffic with the goal of tokenizing the traffic exchange community.
Tokenizing the traffic exchange community. What does that really mean? Well, it means building business relationships that are collaborative and sharing of technology and processes that not only increases quality of products and services delivered but provides an equitable revenue stream for all participants using the defined business processes.
At this time, the priority is to address short comings in the payment sub-process. In our diagram, it would be part of the overall Member Rewards process. This involves web2 Paypal payment processing as well as Hive token transfers and related processing. Also, a weekly Proof-of-Comment event has been implemented and a process document will define roles and responsibilities. Roles and responsibilities will be filled by people expressing an interest in working together in redefining the true value of a traffic exchange community.
