Undoubtedly, the wounds of the heart and from this bouquets that give beauty to life can flourish, but that disposition depends on you, facing the pain is part of the process and helps us to grow but we never face in a direct way like letting go of which hurts as they taught us history at school.

Sure many times they have told you "do not cry", "that will pass you by" but honestly it does not help I have the perception that makes you feel worse, ignoring the pain is not a good decision to feel better, this emotion needs to be faced in a way Direct, I know you will say that it is impossible but I share some tips to face it and not take root in your life for many years.

1.Release the Pain: to perform this exercise you will need a pencil or a small object that will not break, hold it in your hand and press it hard as much as you can. Now imagine that that subject is all your emotions, thoughts, or that person who hurts you.
At the beginning of squeezing that object you will feel pain, discomfort, but then you will end up with pain in your hand, when this happens, drop the object that you visualized as your emotions and notice how you have been able to release it and how you clung to it. The same happens with emotions or people that cause pain, we can let go of them.

2.Observe your way of speaking: this exercise will show you the way you express yourself and understand your attitude towards problems, you may believe that you do it in a positive way but you will be surprised when you discover that you dedicate a greater number of sentences and negative thoughts of what you believed. The important thing is to be aware of all the situations of your day to day and as soon as you can, stand in front of a mirror and ask yourself, taking into account all your thoughts, is it positive? How negative do you rate it? and with your answers you will realize the hard blows to your self-esteem over and over again without being aware of it, only suffering its effects.

3 Hold on to the Present: a very important method of facing what hurts you is to hold on to the present, so focus on the present, forgetting the past and the future for a moment, since that is where the pain is.
For a week choose something you want to focus on, for example, Monday the way your feet make contact with the ground, Tuesday the way you breathe, Wednesday how the water brushes your skin when you shower, apply the same for the Rest of the days of the week, that will help you to appreciate the little things and will release you from the bitterness, the pain to which you remain attached.

4 Put yourself in the worst situation:** this allows you to reduce the drama of what you face, situations cloud our vision and make our perception worse, it makes us see that everything is terrible, so put yourself in the worst.
But what is the worst that could happen to you? Perhaps it is to stay alone, to be different from the rest of your friends, you are not with someone who gives you love as a couple, many terrible situations, I propose to write all those circumstances, but not dramatic, so you will notice that in the end they do not end up being so serious.
For each circumstance, write two reasons why it should hurt you and in some cases you will notice that you cannot get an answer that is not a little absurd, in other cases you will be aware that the situation may hurt but what will lead you to to suffer for a long time is to cling to it.
