Even so, at dawn and my attempts to lower the fever did not work, the fever persisted and I had already given her the treatment, for this reason we decided to take her to the outpatient clinic in Punta de Mata.

It should be noted that the doctor evaluated her and said that she was dehydrated for all that she has, it is easy for her to become dehydrated more easily, so they started her on Ringer's saline and hydrocortisone plus three nebulizations with rest intervals of about 20 minutes because she was breathing like an asthmatic, we arrived at about two in the afternoon and returned at 6 in the evening.

Pero cabe destacar que los sentimientos sean buenos o malos, siempre estarán involucrados en nuestro día, día a esto quiero añadir que hay sentimientos de tristeza, pero también hay sentimientos de mucha felicidad.
Pero será la actitud de ver la situación, de mantener el ánimo y esforzamos por ver lo bueno de cada momento.

Me gustaría decir que mi día marcho muy bien Pero no fue así, aun así considero que fue un buen día, veamos lo negativo también de manera positiva dándole ese toque fenomenal de optimismo.

Les cuento que me levanté con mucho optimismo a pesar de que había pasado una mala noche, estuve levantada hasta muy tarde bajando la fiebre a mi hija, pero ya venía hace unos días que venía presentando fiebre.
Aun así, al amanecer y mis intentos por bajar la fiebre no se dieron, la fiebre persiste y ya le había dado el tratamiento, por tal razón decidimos llevarla al ambulatorio de punta de mata.

Cabe destacar que la doctora la evaluó y dijo que estaba deshidrata para todo lo que ella tiene es fácil que ella se deshidrate con más facilidad así que empezaron de una vez con el tratamiento le colocaron el suero Ringer y una hidrocortisona más tres nebulizaciones con intervalos de descanso de unos 20 minutos por qué estaba respirando como una asmática llegamos como a las dos de la tarde y regresamos a la 6 de la tarde.

De hecho, estando allí le dije en son de broma a mi esposo que ahora el hospital es nuestra segunda casa y él asentó con la cabeza que sí...je, je, je.

Pero bueno mientras le administraban el tratamiento a mi hija empezaron a llegar muchas emergencias el que más nos impactó fue un niño como de dos años había consumido un fertilizante llamado abono pobre bebé desconocemos la situación, pero lo primero que nos viene a la mente es que paso papá o mamá se descuidaron o no hubo un correcto cuidado donde guardaremos esos fertilizantes que no estuvieran al alcance de los pequeños si al bebé lo trasladaron a Maturín para hacerle un lavado.

Cabe destacar que al momento de salir estaba haciendo mucho sol y mucha calor, pero luego empezó a llover muy fuerte

Más, sin embargo, la lluvia por lo general da esa sensación de placer, de dormir, de descansar, de escuchar la lluvia y es que los que viven en zonas más calientes les gusta observar la lluvia y hay quienes incluso les encanta mojarse bajo la lluvia.
Además, tras un día lleno de mucho calor y de repente la tarde se convierte en lluvia es muy agradable a mí en particular me encanta cuando llueve, pero que esté en mi casa, ya que cuando andamos en diligencia y más por razones médicas no se siente muy agradable los zapatos se mojan y da mucho más frío.

Cabe destacar que a todo esto quiero acotar que los día a día siempre tienen uno que otro contratiempo, se parece a la lluvia, llega de repente Pero también se va.
Al igual que la lluvia que llega y refresca, veamos nuestros días no tan bueno, con mucha actitud positiva y optimista de que así como llego también se irá
Es cierto, hay días marcados con contratiempos, pero hay otros días totalmente diferentes, dibujadas con mucha alegría.
