Good, good dear friends, welcome back to my blog. From my warm home I extend a big hug full of love and positive energy for everything you want to achieve this week, speaking of achieving today, the @talentos team proposes a very interesting topic called "PURPOSES", which is why I will develop my primitive ideas about it.
I have always thought that everyone in life is born with a purpose to fulfill, some have the virtue of culminating in purpose with them, while others leave this earthly world without concluding it, now what can this be due to? From my point of view here can influence several factors, but the most relevant is that in many occasions we ourselves have not discovered that purpose and we live wandering through the world from one side to the other, without having a certain path, therein lies the importance that we set our purposes and that we work according to them.
Actualmente yo no tengo mis propósitos de un todo claro, pero he estado trabajando en mi yo interior y esto me ha ayudado a descubrir que de cierta forma mis acciones han estado encaminada a ellos, pues siempre me ha gustado la interacción con las personas que están en mi entorno y ser de gran influencia o ejemplo a seguir.
Since last year I started my participation in a non-profit organization called "Global Leadership Summit" and without a doubt it has transformed my life, it has allowed me first of all to break part of my internal fears of speaking in front of an audience and even more to comply with the organization of my ideas in the exposition of my arguments, a situation that I did not control as a result of my own nerves.
This is an international organization, with which I have set as a life purpose to be a person who promotes the influence and leadership power that each individual possesses and in turn encourage them to break those barriers that keeps them blocked and does not allow them to move forward with their dreams, you will say this is something simple, but it is impressive to see how emotions can get to repress your goals and actually leave them in a trunk in total oblivion.
In these activities we share testimonies of people from all over the world who, from being at nothing, have set their life purposes and have been able to climb to reach the highest peak of the mountain, this has been particularly gratifying for me because listening to life stories from the mouths of their own protagonists has been a great inspiration for me to raise my voice and transcend in my social circle.
The comments and attitudes of the participants fill me with great joy because I can see that they embrace the knowledge shared there and that they leave challenged to let their dream come out of the hidden trunk and become a reality.
We have already carried out several activities in my municipality and surrounding cities, in some I have been part of the main moderators, while in others like the weekend I have been as a servant of this activity, a situation that does not detract me attention, since from the different areas where we develop we can influence and guide others to a right path.
For this I am part of a great team of leaders and this is part of my purpose this year to walk together with people who are of great influence in my life and that go towards the same direction, so my life partner cannot be excluded from here, since we are a dynamic duo that walk at the same pace and with the same tuning, where we share our visions and perspectives regarding the activities we participate together.
There is a motto that I learned precisely in these activities and it is that "the brave fly together", so I want to continue being the ideal guide and help for all those who want to discover their dreams and overcome the chains that do not allow them to take flight.

Buenas, buenas apreciados amigos, bienvenidos nuevamente a mi blog. Desde mi cálido hogar les extiendo un fuerte abrazo cargado de mucho cariño y full energía positiva para todo lo que quieran alcanzar en esta semana, hablando de lograr el día de hoy el equipo de @talentos nos propone un tema muy interesante denominado “PROPÓSITOS”, motivo por el cual yo desarrollare mis ideas primitivas referente a él.
Siempre he pensado que todos en la vida nacemos con un propósito por cumplir, algunos tienen la virtud de culminar a finalidad con ellos, mientras que otros parten de este mundo terrenal sin concluirlo, ahora bien ¿A qué se puede deber esto? Desde mi punto de vista aquí pueden influenciar varios factores, pero el más relevante es que en muchas ocasiones nosotros mismos no hemos descubierto ese propósito y vivimos divagando por el mundo de un lado al otro, sin tener un camino certero, de allí radica la importancia de que nosotros nos fijemos nuestros propósitos y que trabajemos en función de ellos.

Desde el año pasado inicie mi participación en una organización sin fines de lucro llamada “Cumbre Global de Liderazgo” y sin duda alguna ella ha transformado mi vida, me ha permitido primero que todo romper parte de mis miedos internos de hablar frente a un auditorio y más aún cumplir con la organización de mis ideas en la exposición de mis argumentos, situación que no controlaba como consecuencia de mis propios nervios.
Esta es una organización internacional, con la cual me he fijado como propósito de vida ser una persona que promueva la influencia y el poder de liderazgo que cada individuo posee y que a su vez se animen a romper esas barreras que los mantiene bloqueados y no les permite avanzar con sus sueños, ustedes dirán esto es algo sencillo, pero resulta impresionante ver como las emociones pueden llegar a reprimir tus metas y de hecho dejarlas en un baúl en el olvido total.
En estas actividades se comparten testimonios de personas de cualquier parte del mundo que de estar en la nada se fijaron sus propósitos de vida y han podido escalar hasta llegar en la cima más alta de la montaña, esto para mi particularmente ha sido gratificante porque escuchar historias de vida de boca de su propios protagonistas ha sido de gran inspiración para que yo me incentive a alzar mi voz y trascender en mi círculo social.
Los comentarios y las actitudes de los participantes me llenan de gran alegría porque se observa que abrazan los conocimientos allí compartidos y que salen retados a dejar que su sueño salga del baúl escondido y se haga realidad.
Ya hemos realizado varias actividades en mi municipio y ciudades aledañas en alguna he sido parte de los moderadores principales, mientras que en otra como la del fin de semana he estado como servidora de dicha actividad, situación que no me resta atención, ya que desde los diferentes ámbitos donde nosotros nos desenvolvamos podemos influenciar y guiar a otros hacia un sendero certero.
Para ello formo parte de un gran equipo de líderes y esto es parte de mis propósitos de este año caminar junto a personas que sean de gran influencia en mi vida y que vayan hacia una misma dirección, por lo que mi compañero de vida no puede estar excluido de aquí, ya que somos un dúo dinámico que caminamos aun mismo ritmo y con una misma sintonía, donde compartimos nuestras visiones y perspectivas con relación a las actividades que participamos conjuntamente.
Hay un lema que aprendí justamente en estas actividades y es que “los valientes vuelan juntos”, por lo que quiero continuar siendo esa guía y ayuda ideal para todos aquellos que quieran descubrir sus sueños y vencer las cadenas que no le permitan alzar su vuelo.
