Amor was an ethereal being that had no defined form, but could take any appearance he wanted. Although he was a very powerful being, Amor was known to be very quiet and did not let himself be seen easily, he just did his job and was sure he did it well. However, when Amor decided to come out of hiding, he always left a trail of happiness and harmony in his wake, which gave everyone a very pleasant feeling.
One day, Amor was filled with courage and decided to go out and travel the world in search of people who did not believe in him. He knew that there were many skeptics in the world, people who had been hurt or who had simply lost faith in love. But Amor was not to be discouraged, and he was determined to change the minds of each of those people, after all he knew that only by feeling love could they be well.
So it was that Amor began his journey, traveling from country to country, from city to city, from village to village. His presence was always discreet, but his influence was felt in every place he visited, people's moods changed drastically and they were even motivated to do certain things. Amor touched people's hearts, making them feel that warm and comforting sensation that only he could provide, this resulted in people being more cheerful.
Amor era un ser etéreo que no tenía forma definida, pero que podía tomar cualquier apariencia que quisiera. Aunque era un ser muy poderoso, Amor era conocido por ser muy callado y no se dejaba ver con facilidad, se limitaba a hacer su trabajo y estaba seguro de que lo hacía bien. Sin embargo, cuando Amor decidía salir de su escondite, siempre dejaba un rastro de felicidad y armonía a su paso, que daba una sensación muy agradable a todos.
Un día, Amor se llenó de valentía y decidió salir a recorrer el mundo en busca de personas que no creían en él. Sabía que había muchos escépticos en el mundo, personas que habían sido lastimadas o que simplemente habían perdido la fe en el amor. Pero Amor no se dejaba desanimar, y estaba decidido a cambiar la opinión de cada una de esas personas, después de todo sabía que sólo sintiendo amor podrían estar bien.
Así fue como Amor comenzó su viaje, viajando de país en país, de ciudad en ciudad, de pueblo en pueblo. Su presencia era siempre discreta, pero se sentía su influencia en cada lugar que visitaba, las personas drásticamente cambiaban de humor y hasta se motivaba a hacer ciertas cosas. Amor tocaba los corazones de las personas, haciéndoles sentir esa sensación cálida y reconfortante que solo él podía proporcionar, esto traía como resultado que la gente estuviera más alegre.

On his journey, Love encountered many people who did not believe in him. Some were cynical, others desperate, but all shared the same negative attitude towards love. Amor approached them gently, like a ray of light entering a dark room. And little by little, one by one, he managed to touch their hearts and make them believe and love again.
But things changed when on one of his trips, Amor met a woman named Maria. Maria had lost her husband in an accident in which she had witnessed with her own eyes the very moment when her beloved husband passed away, and since then she had closed her heart to any possibility of love, she felt she shouldn't do it, her heart was very wounded and tears day after day ran down her face due to the deep sadness.
Amor felt very sad for Maria, he was hurt by the suffering that loving someone else had caused her, and after several days of closely observing that poor widowed woman, he wondered if it was really worth what she was doing, if it was really good to love if it almost always ended in pain and suffering. Mary's experience made Love reflect on many things, he was filled with guilt because of all the suffering he caused and decided to stay locked up, without causing any more harm.
En su viaje, Amor se encontró con muchas personas que no creían en él. Algunos eran cínicos, otros desesperados, pero todos compartían la misma actitud negativa hacia el amor. Amor se acercaba a ellos con delicadeza, como un rayo de luz que entra en una habitación oscura. Y poco a poco, uno por uno, lograba tocar sus corazones y hacerlos volver a creer y a amar.
Pero la cosa cambió cuando en una de sus viajes, Amor se encontró con una mujer llamada Maria. Maria había perdido a su esposo en un accidente en el que había presenciado con sus propios ojos el momento justo en el que su querido esposo falleció, y desde entonces había cerrado su corazón a cualquier posibilidad de amor, sentía que no debía hacerlo, su corazón estaba muy herido y las lágrimas día tras día corrían por su rostro debido a la profunda tristeza.
Amor se sintió muy triste por María, le dolía el sufrimiento que le había causado amar a alguien más, y después de varios días observando de cerca a aquella pobre mujer viuda, se preguntó si realmente valía la pena lo que hacía, si realmente amar era bueno si casi siempre terminaba en dolor y sufrimiento. La experiencia de María hizo reflexionar sobre muchas cosas a Amor, se llenó de culpa debido a todo el sufrimiento que causaba y decidió quedarse encerrado, sin causar más daños.

However, his concern for Maria forced him to go out to check on her, when he saw her she was accompanied by her sister, they were talking about life and although there were some tears, Amor saw that Maria smiled, he was watching throughout the day and when Maria's sister was leaving, he gave her a big hug and told her how much he loved her, at that moment Maria smiled and felt comforted.
Love understood that in Maria's heart there was still a flame of love burning, maybe she did not want a new partner because of the pain of having lost a loved one, but she did not stop loving or wanting to love, in fact it was only love what motivated her to continue and what somehow gave her a little comfort in all that pain, and Love understood that although the pain was inevitable when losing a loved one, it was also necessary to heal that pain, it did not have to come specifically from a partner but from any person, and this would help to cope with the situation.
Love can move us to show compassion and bring comfort to a person who suffers and although when we love we can suffer, this does not mean that we should stop loving, on the contrary, love is what could heal a wounded heart.
Sin embargo, su preocupación por María lo obligó a salir a ver como estaba, cuando la vio se encontraba acompañada por su hermana, hablaban sobre la vida y aunque hubo algunas lágrimas, Amor vio que María sonrió, estuvo observando durante todo el día y cuando la hermana de María se iba, le dió un fuerte abrazo y le dijo cuanto la amaba, en ese momento María sonrió y se sintió reconfortada.
Amor comprendió que en el corazón de Maria aún había una llama encendida de amor, quizás no deseaba una nueva pareja por el dolor de haber perdido a un ser muy querido, pero ella no dejaba de amar o de querer amar, de hecho era solo el amor lo que la motivaba a continuar y lo que de alguna manera le daba un poco de consuelo dentro de todo aquel dolor, y Amor comprendió que aunque el dolor era Inevitable cuando se perdía un ser amado, era necesario también para sanar ese dolor, no tenía que venir específicamente de una pareja sino de cualquier persona, y esto ayudaría a sobrellevar la situación.
El amor, puede movernos a mostrar compasión y brindarle consuelo a una persona que sufre y aunque cuando amamos podemos sufrir, no significa por esto que debemos dejar de amar, por el contrario el amor es lo que podría sanar un corazón herido.
