Loretta, siempre había sido una niña muy tímida, pero muy observadora, tanto así, que muchas personas pensaban, que era hasta algo tonta, pues siempre estaba como ausente, eso pensaban muchos..., pero qué equivocados estaban; muchas de estas personas que pensaban esto, eran de su propia familia. A medida que fue creciendo, recibía muchos desplantes de su familia inmediata, madre, padre, hermanos...

Comentarios como, ¡eres demasiado tonta para realizar tal cosa...!, o ¡tú eres insignificante, porque no puedes ser como fulana...!, y comentarios de este tipo, tanto así que la hacían sentir muy insegura, en sus primeros años; esto le afectó en sus relaciones futuras y tuvo que vivir muy malas experiencias, para entender que ella era valiosa, cuando logro comprender esto, empezó a aflorar el resentimiento de tantos años reprimido...

Ya no quería permitirle a nadie que la hicieran sentir menos, porque ya había entendido, que ella era valiosa, inteligente, única y que esos comentarios solo le disminuyeron su autoestima, palabras que le causaron dolor en su momento y que con el tiempo, solo la habían hecho replegarse sin decir nada, dándole a entender a estos familiares de que tuvieran la certeza, de que ella aceptaba todas estas cosas, cuando no era así, quería evitar discusiones y por eso por mucho tiempo se mantuvo callada, aun a costa de sus lágrimas y tristeza...

Trato de reprimir estos sentimientos lo más que pudo, pero su cuerpo empezó a "hablar" por ella, empezó a enfermarse sin razones aparentes, le dolía la espalda, el estómago, la cabeza y eran malestares de los cuales ningún médico sabia darle respuestas, excepto mandarle exámenes y tratamientos que aminoraban sus malestares por un lapso, pero que luego volvían con mayor intensidad... hasta que empezó a observar cuando se sentía mal ... Que los dolores de estómago le daban, cuando algo le molestaba o cuando se topaba con algún familiar de estos tóxicos y sus malos comentarios...

Se dio cuenta de que cuando su madre empezaba con sus quejas interminables, le empezaban esos terribles dolores de cabeza, que extrañamente se iban cuando su madre, terminaba su "visita" o llamada; entonces comprendió que sus males físicos y emocionales tenían motivos y que tenía que aprender a exteriorizar sus sentimientos y no reprimirlos, que tenía que empezar a darle una parada a todas estas cosas, porque se estaba haciendo un daño que quizás podía ser irreparable...

Empezó por responder y defenderse de las burlas de estos familiares y algunos "amigos" que pensaban, "Loretta no se molesta, es una tonta" dejo de dejarse manipular por quienes querían algún favor a costa de su cariño por ellos, eso también le sucedía mucho... Al principio todos se quedaron asombrados pensando que alguien la estaba seguramente "aconsejando" y no se daban cuenta de que Loretta solo estaba despertando, que se estaba cuidando así misma, que se estaba dando el valor que merecía y que por tanto tiempo le había sido negado.

Desde el mismo momento en que dejo de permitir los malos comentarios, burlas y empezó a expresarse, dejo a más de unos boquiabiertos, porque se dieron cuenta de que no era que Loretta no se diera cuenta de las situaciones, sencillamente que las evitaba o ignoraba para no hacerlos sentir mal a ellos permitiéndoles entonces sin querer que ellos abusaran de ella, pero Loretta se había prometido que ya no más...

Milagrosamente, sus males físicos empezaron a ceder, se empezó a sentir con más energías, su cuerpo parecía revitalizado, su semblante era otro, sonreía más, su ánimo era otro, estaba en paz consigo misma y con el mundo y todo desde que decidió darse prioridad. Ahora muchos de esos familiares a quienes les dio un alto, no le hablan, pero ella se siente bien con eso, porque sabe que no fue su culpa, pues ella simplemente se dio su lugar y al librarse de todo lo que tenía reprimido, para muchos ella es la mala del cuento.

Pero otros tantos saben que no lo es, pero lo más importante es que ella lo sabe y está bien con eso, porque se sintió tan bien al decir lo que pensaba lo que sentía, así sin peleas, sin discusiones, simplemente poniendo a cada quien en su lugar, en el momento que traspasaran sus límites, que sintió que su alma se limpió de tantos malos momentos, de tantas lágrimas contenidas, de tanto rencor acumulado, ya no tiene resentimientos con nadie, se siente plena, satisfecha consigo misma...

Aunque para ello, haya pasado bastantes años, lo importante es que Loretta entendió que tenía que trabajar en ella, usar esa observación que tenía tan bien definida en sí misma y sacar de ella eso que la estaba lastimando tanto. De ahora en adelante su vida es otra y ahora muchos han aceptado a la nueva Loretta, que se expresa sin temor, que no se guarda emociones negativas y que va por la vida sin temor al éxito. Loretta había renacido.

She no longer wanted to allow anyone to make her feel less, because she had already understood that she was valuable, intelligent, unique and that those comments only diminished her self-esteem, words that caused her pain at the time and that over time, had only made her withdraw without saying anything, giving these relatives to understand that they were certain that she accepted all these things, when it was not so, she wanted to avoid arguments and therefore for a long time she kept quiet, even at the cost of her tears and sadness ...

She tried to repress these feelings as much as she could, but her body began to "speak" for her, she began to get sick for no apparent reason, her back ached, her stomach ached, her head ached and there were ailments for which no doctor knew how to give her answers, except to send her tests and treatments that lessened her discomfort for a while, but then returned with greater intensity ... until she began to observe when she felt bad ... That the stomach pains gave him, when something bothered him or when he ran into a relative of these toxic and bad comments ...

She realized that when her mother started with her endless complaints, those terrible headaches started, which strangely went away when her mother finished her "visit" or call; then she understood that her physical and emotional ills had reasons and that she had to learn to externalize her feelings and not to repress them, that she had to start to stop all these things, because she was doing herself a damage that could be irreparable...

She began to respond and defend herself from the taunts of these family members and some "friends" who thought, "Loretta doesn't bother, she's a fool" she stopped letting herself be manipulated by those who wanted some favor at the cost of her affection for them, that also happened to her a lot.... At first everyone was astonished thinking that someone was surely "advising" her and they did not realize that Loretta was just waking up, that she was taking care of herself, that she was giving herself the value she deserved and that for so long had been denied to her.

From the very moment she stopped allowing the bad comments, teasing and began to express herself, she left more than a few people speechless, because they realized that it was not that Loretta was not aware of the situations, she simply avoided or ignored them so as not to make them feel bad, allowing them to unintentionally abuse her, but Loretta had promised herself that no more?

Miraculously, her physical ailments began to subside, she began to feel more energetic, her body seemed revitalized, her countenance was different, she smiled more, her mood was different, she was at peace with herself and the world and all since she decided to make herself a priority. Now many of those relatives to whom she gave a stop, do not speak to her, but she feels good about it, because she knows it was not her fault, because she simply gave herself her place and by getting rid of everything she had repressed, for many she is the bad guy of the story.

But many others know that she is not, but the most important thing is that she knows it and is fine with that, because she felt so good to say what she thought, what she felt, without fights, without arguments, simply putting everyone in their place, at the moment they crossed their limits, she felt that her soul was cleansed of so many bad moments, of so many tears, of so much accumulated resentment, she no longer has resentments with anyone, she feels full, satisfied with herself ...

Although many years have passed, the important thing is that Loretta understood that she had to work on herself, to use that observation that she had so well defined in herself and to take out of her that which was hurting her so much. From now on her life is different and now many have accepted the new Loretta, who expresses herself without fear, who does not hold back negative emotions and who goes through life without fear of success. Loretta had been reborn.
