If you are employed or have ever worked, then you will be familiar with toxic work culture or maybe you too have faced this thing. In today's time, there are many such corporate firms where the employee has to face the toxic work culture. In toxic work culture, employees employees are exploited, they are cursed again and again, more work is done and less salary is paid as compared to work and pressure is always created in their mind.

But have you ever thought that why some firms do this? See, some people here think that if we threaten someone, put pressure on them, then only they will be able to work, and if they are given exemption, they will do plagiarism, due to which the firm may suffer losses.These people think that without pressure these people will not work but I completely reject this. And this thing is not even right from anywhere.
I don't understand why some owners enjoy doing these kinds of things. Some owners have a mentality here that we are giving them a job, so we can get them done anywhere, anyway, this is a big reason why many people run away from working on corporate industries today. People who have a better option than this they go towards that option, but those who do not find any way, they have to work in such an environment.

Toxic work culture Not only creates an inferiority complex in a person, but it also creates a mental pressure, mental tension, mental stress on a person, due to which a person who is suffering from this cannot remain happy, there is always a tension remain in his mind, even with his family. He is not able to spend time with them, nor can he do any other work with a good and happy mind.

This tension, stress, irritability, anexity, these things later cause major diseases.first there is already a burden of responsibilities on a person, on top of that all these issues make a person weak and sometimes a person breaks down, due to which that person sometimes takes such steps which he should not take. Somewhere these things reduce the working capacity of a person and also its quality, due to which its performance is greatly affected.

The major reason for toxic work culture is that some firms want to earn more profits, they only want that they get a lot of profit in a short time, but they go to any extent in order to earn such a high profit.
If I talk about myself , I have also faced this thing when I joined a firm after finishing my college but I had absolutely no idea about that work I thought that these people will give me a proper training and will teach me everything about my work but it was not like that at all, they just taught me some few things only two days, after that they started giving me work directly, while I am not even fully trained yet, but those people did not care about this thing, they only want work and until I learned the work well lot of pressure was imposed on me, I was cursed again and again. I know how these things can spoil your mental balance, it has a deep impact on your mental state, many times I also felt like leaving the job but but the situation was such that it was difficult to get a job elsewhere and money was also needed to survive, so I had to bear all these things.

While on one hand there are firms where there is toxic work culture, on the other hand there are companies that take special care of their employees, fulfill their every need and stand with them like a family, no more questions on the, there is no load, they are made to work with a free mind, because the top executive of that company knows that by working with a free mind, the performance of a person also increases, along with a lot of improvement is seen in their work quality too.
Such companies earn more profits and also grow very quickly.

Sometimes it was seen that top executives want that they don't want to do any work, their juniors do all the work and they get complete , that's why they put more pressure on juniors, but let me tell you that any company will run well when all its employees, be it junior or senior, will work together and help each other and respect will remain in each other, then say that its difference will be seen in the productivity of the company as well.

The biggest problem is with such employees who are facing toxic work culture because the responsibility of such people is in the hands of those people who misbehave with them, there is no one to listen to them, they are facing their problems on their own.They keeps their problems confined with themselves.
Today we need to raise our voice against toxic work environment and eliminate this type of environment because this type of environment is not only good for mental health but because of this environment many people giveup their happiness and also the effect of this thing is also seen in their family members also.
So be happy yourself and keep others happy too. Money is not everything in life, blessings are also very important.
