Several causes of signal loss or satellite dish broadcasts.
- The position of the balls has changed, caused by the wind.
When the satellite dish position changes what happens is the loss of signal on your television, the solution is that you can reset the satellite dish position according to the satellite in your country, for example in Indonesia the position of the Telkom4 satellite is in orbit 118 °E, while Telkom 1 occupies a position in orbit 108.0 °E (East longitude).
2.Try to check the connector on the back of the receiver box, usually this connector is loose or rusty due to old age, you can tighten this connector again or replace a new one, the price is not expensive, and you can do it yourself.
After you have done these two things, now try to search for broadcasts by satellite and frequency in your country, the first thing you have to do is press the MENU button on your remote receiver.
But before we search for broadcasts, make sure first that the signal on the satellite frequency you choose is strong, so you can get the broadcast you want.
To find out, you can press the "INFO" button. Then on your TV you will see an image like the one below.
If the signal quality picture comes out as above, then one step more the broadcasts you want will come to your home, in the next way as follows.
Press the "menu" button again and select the "search" menu as shown below.
Choose automatic search so that all broadcasts on the satellite you choose can be received by you all, wait a few moments, and don't touch any button on your remote receiver before everything is finished, when you're done you just press "ok" And enjoy watching your favorite broadcast with your family at home.
