Hola amigos, hoy les comparto una nueva experiencia, les cuento que hace unos días mientras reparaba una fuga de gas al aire acondicionado, aproveché para cambiar los rodamientos del motor del ventilador de la consola interna, decidí hacer esto, porque la ultima vez que cambié estos rodamientos fue hace 4 años, de manera que tenia que aprovechar que la unidad del evaporador la había desmontado, porque imagínense si no lo hago ahora y ustedes al cabo de unos días comienza a sonar, bueno amigos, tendría que subir para desarmar la consola lo cual incluye remover toda la carcasa, toda la parte donde esta los terminales eléctricos, soltar el evaporador para poder levantar la turbina y por supuesto, retirar el Motor del ventilador, de manera que pensando en esto decidí cambiar esos rodamientos.

Retirando el Motor de la consola: / Removing the Console Engine

Desarmando el motor: Ahora voy a retirar los tornillos que sujetan las dos tapas, pero primero le haré una marca para saber la posición correcta, de estas dos tapas.

En verdad, tomé una buena decisión, porque la grasa se les estaba saliendo a los rodamientos, creo que no iban a durar mucho tiempo, así que fue una buena decisión.

Montaje de los nuevos rodamientos: /Assembly of the new bearings:
Para montar el rodamiento utilicé un tubo hueco, para empujar solo el cono del rodamiento, usé un tubo con una holgura mayor que el cono, para que se deslizara suavemente por el eje, lo importante es que no tocar ni golpear el sello ni la pista del rodamiento.

To mount the bearing I used a hollow tube, to push only the cone of the bearing, I used a tube with a greater clearance than the cone, so that it slides smoothly along the shaft, the important thing is not to touch or hit the seal or the race of the bearing.

Como podrán ver en las imágenes, la masa del eje se ve muy oxidada, de manera que a continuación le pasaré una lija para tratar de limpiar esta masa del inducido.

Bueno amigos, hay que estar pendiente de los rodamientos de nuestros equipos de Aires acondicionados, si llegan a escuchar algún sonido extraño, en los motores tanto de la consola como el de la unidad condensadora, inmediatamente sustituyan los rodamientos, porque si se llegan a trabar, pueden ocasionar graves consecuencias al equipo, como un sobre calentamiento en el compresor, así que hay que estar atentos con esto, saludos.
