Proceso de enllantado a aros de Buses/Bus rim sealing process/[SPANISH 🇪🇸/English 🇬🇧]
Primero se levanta con el gato hidráulico el lado del bus dónde retiraremos las llantas después la sacamos con la llave de alto impacto y la llevo al sitio en donde retiraré las llantas del aro
Una vez allí saco la aguja de inyección de aire y espero que bote el aire
Posteriormente golpeare los estremos con una mandaría para separar la llanta del aro
Luego con una garra retiraré la parte de arriba y con la barra la de abajo
Una vez afuera la primera procederé con la segunda con el mismo procedimiento
Espero que llegue el respuesto y comenzaré el proceso de enllantado
El cuál antes tardaba 30 minutos cada una ahora solo me toca 15 minutos
Ya con el respuesto coloque los aros
En el suelo y lo coloque la llanta
Primero le moje los bordes con agua y detergente y con un martillo y yo sobre la llanta para hacer peso . Golpeó los bordes para que entre en el aro una vez dentro lo sello con aire a presión inflo y relleno de aire con el medidor las llantas
