Saludos a todos amigos de Hive, me gustaría comentarle, lo fácil y rápido que es cambiar la rolinera del mozo delantero izquierdo del Neón 2000. Cuando el carro toma velocidad se escucha un sonido en la rueda delantera, en nuestro caso el lado izquierdo, un sonido ligero como un zumbido y luego se mantiene durante el recorrido, poniendo un poco de atención y descartando otro posible sonido que pueden ser causante de otras tipos fallas, concluimos que era la rolinera del mozo.
¿Que realizamos para corregir dicha falla? lo siguiente:
-Levantamos la rueda
-Sacamos el caucho
A continuación se procedió con lo siguiente. El orden que se siguió pudiera ser diferente para otras personas.
-Quitamos la mordaza del freno.
-Quitamos el Disco de freno
-Desenroscamos las tuercas del trípoide (aplicamos los frenos para facilitar el desenroscado)
-Quitamos el terminal, desenroscando la tuerca que lo agarra al mozo
-Quitamos los dos tornillos que agarra al Amortiguador
-Desenroscamos la tuerca del muño
-Quitamos el sensor del ABS
Son algunos componentes unidos a la pieza que vamos a quitar el mozo, lo que facilitara desmontarlo y llevarlo a la prensa hidráulica para sacar la rolinera, y colocar la nueva. Como podemos observar en las fotografías,
-Quitamos la rolinera viejas,
-Colocamos la nueva
-Llevamos el mozo a su sitio, en el carro
-Colocamos el... y ajustamos la tuerca del tripoide (usamos los frenos para ajustar las tuercas)
-Colocamos el disco y la mordaza de freno
-Colocamos el terminal, ajustamos
-Colocamos el moño, ajustamos
-Colocamos los amortiguadores y justamos las tuercas
-Colocamos el sensor del ABS.
Todo nuevamente en su sitio, mozo con rolinera nuevas.
Colocamos la rueda, bajamos el caucho, y continuamos el viaje.

They are some components attached to the piece that we are going to remove the waiter, which will facilitate to disassemble it and take it to the hydraulic press to remove the rollers, and place the new one. As we can see in the pictures,
We remove the old rollers,
We place the new one
We take the waiter to its place, in the carriage.
-We place the... and adjust the nut of the tripoid (we use the brakes to adjust the nuts).
-We place the brake disc and the brake caliper.
-Place the terminal, tighten it
-Place the bow tie, tighten it
-We place the shock absorbers and tighten the nuts.
-We place the ABS sensor.
Everything back in place, we put the wheel in place, lowered the rubber, and continued the trip.
