Por aquí les traigo un poco más del trabajo hecho para recuperar la camioneta Ford F1 año 48 de mi tío. Que ahora es de mi sobrino.
Hoy quiero compartir otra parte de la camioneta, que se encontró abandonada en el terreno en el sector de la Mariposa. Caracas, Venezuela.
En esta foto ven como llego cuando la camioneta llego al taller, después que consiguieron todas las partes de camioneta. 👇
Le sacaron el chasís, para repararlo en esta foto se ve todo lo que tenía que hacerle 👇
Aquí ya le sacamos la suspensión y el tren. Se ven los espirales y los discos. Para revisar y repáralo todo.👇
Ya se le monta el chasis, recuperado y pintado y ahora se le está probando con unos cauchos. Ya las ballestas están listas y montadas. El tubo de escape también. Vemos la transmisión lista
Prácticamente, sé el tubo que hacer el techo, porque estaba muy destruido, 👇
Se le pusieron como parchos para unir las piezas, para recuperar todo el techo, y puertas y se soldaron con acetileno.
Aquí lo vemos desde otro ángulo el trabajo 👆, como van cuadrando puertas con techo
Las dos puertas fueron lijadas y fondeadas 👇. Están preparadas para pintarlas.
Así como va quedando después de echarle el fondo 👇. Aquí se le va viendo los adelantos.
Ya después de lijar varias vences para sacar bien el óxido. Lleva la segunda mano de fondo toda la parte delantera 👇. Se ve el techo ya listo cuadrado con las puertas También se ve del otro lado el cajón 👇 de la camioneta que también esta ya bastante adelantado.
Seguimos viendo el trabajo desde otro ángulo
Ya montado el chasís y probando lo de discos de los frenos
Vemos aquí más de cerca el chasis, Las ballestas y el disco de los frenos y sus pastillas.
Se ve claramente que de tubo que repararse algunas parte de la cabina de la camioneta por la parte de atrás soldando con acetileno.
Este es el frontal interno de la camioneta. Ya lijado y fondeado, también se ve como fue trabajo el piso. Claramente, se ve que fue hecho completo, porque está muy deteriorado.
Hasta aquí llegamos por esta semana. Hasta la próxima, con más adelantos de la camioneta.

Over here I bring you a little more of the work done to recover my uncle's '48 Ford F1 pickup truck. Which now belongs to my nephew.

The chasis is already mounted, recovered and painted and now it is being tested with some rubbers. The leaf springs are ready and mounted. The exhaust pipe too. We see the transmission ready.
Practically, I know the pipe to do the roof, because it was very destroyed, 👇
It was put as patches to join the pieces, to recover all the roof, and doors and welded with acetylene.

The two doors were sanded and anchored 👇. They are ready to be painted.

Already after sanding several times to remove the rust. It has the second coat of bottom all the front 👇. You can see the roof already squared with the doors. You can also see on the other side the 👇 box 👇 of the truck that is also already well advanced.

Already mounted the chasis and testing the brake discs.
Here we see more closely the chassis, the leaf springs and the brake discs and pads.
It is clearly seen that some parts of the cab of the truck had to be repaired from the back side by acetylene welding.
This is the internal front of the truck. Already sanded and anchored, you can also see how the floor was worked on. Clearly, you can see that it was made complete, because it is very deteriorated.
