Cambio de bomba de dirección de camioneta Chery X1 año 2014//Change of steering pump of Chery X1 van year 2014.

Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes, este trabajo hecho por mi esposo y mi yerno. Se le cambió la bomba de la dirección de la camioneta Chery X1 año 2014. Mi yerno tenía varias semanas diciéndole a mi esposo para que la cambiaran. Comenzaron a buscarla en los negocios y por internet. A la final la consiguieron en Caracas. Llego el día para cambiarla. Aquí vemos la Bomba que se sacó.

Mi yerno quería cambiarla porque estaba botando aceite por algún lado. Y se estaba bajaba día a día el aceite en el envase plástico.
Al sacarla la bomba se dieron cuenta de que no estaba mala, lo que tenía era un orrin muy deteriorado. Estaba mordido de un lado y por ahí se salía el aceite.

Como ya se compró la bomba se va a cambiar igual.

Se comienza a trabajar para montar la nueva. Ya se sacó la bomba vieja

Aquí sacando el envase plástico del refrigerante y faro.

Comenzando aflojar las mangueras para sacar la bomba

Ahora ya metieron la nueva y comienzan apretar

Se siguen conectados todas las mangueras

Ahora se va mentiendo el emvase del refrigerante y seguir apretado los tornillos y las abrazadersa que llevan las mangueras.

Listo ya se montó todo lo que va conectado con la bomba

Este es el aceite que vamos a usar

Ahora vamos a echarle el aceite al envase hasta arriba.

Se prende el carro para pulgar la bomba. Se ve en la segunda foto como tiene burbujas el aceite en él embace. Después que se pulgue, que se mueva varias veces el volante para un lado y hacia el otro lado, se van desapareciendo las burbujas

Enseguida se va moviendo poco a poco el volante para los dos lados hasta que baje el aceite a la bomba nueva. Hay que estar pendiente que la bomba quede en la marca de máxima. Como vemos en esta fotografía

Estamos listo con el aceite, ahora se le va a montar el faro

My son in law had been telling my husband for several weeks to have it replaced. They started looking for it in stores and on the internet. They finally got it in Caracas.
The day came to change it.

My son-in-law wanted to change it because it was leaking oil somewhere. And the oil in the plastic container was leaking day by day.
When they took the pump out they realized that it was not bad, what it had was a very deteriorated orrin. It was bitten on one side and the oil was leaking from there.

Since the pump has already been purchased, it will be replaced anyway.

Work begins to assemble the new one. The old pump has been removed

Starting to loosen the hoses to remove the pump

Now they put the new one in and start tightening

All the hoses are still connected

Now you go lying the emvase of the coolant and continue tightening the screws and the clamps that carry the hoses.

Everything connected to the pump is now assembled.

Now we are going to pour the oil up to the top of the container

The carriage is turned on to press the pump. You can see in the second picture how the oil bubbles in the pump. After the pump is pressed and the steering wheel is moved several times to one side and to the other side, the bubbles disappear.
