Saludos me agrada volvernos a encontrar por este medio mis queridos y amables lectores hoy podemos compartir nuevamente en esta comunidad muy selecta donde compartimos nuestras vivencias y experiencia de estos momentos tan gratos que nos da la vida.
En este día les comentaré sobre la reparación de un motor del vehículo que tiene unos años en el mercado y es muy común en nuestro parque automotor se trata del Chevrolet Corsa que tiene bajo su capó un motor 1.6, garantizable porque es bueno y confiable.
Nos visitó un cliente con su vehículo presentando un ruido no común dentro del motor, se procedió a darle un diagnóstico haciendo varias pruebas en el cual se determina que era el cigüeñal lo que presentaba el fuerte ruido, el dueño del carro no tenía ningún historial de mantenimiento porque compró él mismo hacía poco tiempo.
Se procedió a sacar el motor para corroborar las sospechas luego se desvistieron todos los accesorios y componentes del mismo, alternador, motor de arranque, bobinas, bujías y mangueras para así tener acceso a despegar el motor de la transmisión ya teniendo este en la mesa de trabajo.
Se continua con la culata o tapa de pistones y el cárter teniendo así todo despejado para poder retirar las bielas y bancada de cigüeñal pudiendo sacarlo de esta manera se pudo tener con certeza la causa del ruido presentado por este no fue por mala lubricación cómo suele suceder en estos casos, las juntas de bancada y bielas presentaban desgaste y no le colocaron repuestos nuevo.
Reutilizaron de las conchas de biela y bancada ya usadas y las suplementario con láminas muy finas, este tipo es de mala práctica ya que en muy poco tiempo trae estás consecuencias más desgaste en el cigüeñal, esté tipo de trabajo no tiene una calibración óptima.
En este tipo de caso se tiene que enviar el cigüeñal a la rectificadora cortar a una medida menos y montar sus repuestos nuevos como son conchas de biela y bancada certificada y calibradas por un profesional en la materia de esta manera se colocó juego de anillos nuevos y pistones, juego de empacaduras entre otros repuestos que se requería y necesitaban reemplazar.
Realizando este trabajo como es debido y regresando todas las partes de la rectificadora como lo son bloque, cigüeñal y culata o cámara, se logró ensamblar todo estos componente nuevamente para así armar todo el motor y colocarlo o acoplarlo a la transmisión del vehículo y empezar a vestir todo los accesorios que fueron retirados para esta relación.
De esta manera se le agregaron todos sus fluidos como lo manda el manual los aceite que recomienda el fabricante por mantenimiento se le cambió el aceite a la transmisión y se colocó un buen refrigerante al motor con todas estas mejoras este propietario tiene su vehículo en buenas condiciones y con el mantenimiento adecuado seguro estoy que le durará por mucho tiempo.
Siempre las recomendaciones de los automóviles es mantener un buen mantenimiento principalmente preventivo porque éste es la vida de sus componentes en buen estado y todo al día de esa manera tendrá su propiedad el valor deseado.

Today I will tell you about the repair of an engine of a vehicle that has a few years in the market and is very common in our fleet is the Chevrolet Corsa that has under its hood a 1.6 engine, guaranteed because it is good and reliable.
We were visited by a customer with his vehicle presenting an uncommon noise inside the engine, we proceeded to give a diagnosis making several tests in which it was determined that it was the crankshaft which presented the loud noise, the owner of the car had no maintenance history because he bought himself a short time ago.
We proceeded to remove the engine to corroborate the suspicions, then we undressed all the accessories and components of the engine, alternator, starter motor, coils, spark plugs and hoses to have access to remove the engine from the transmission and having it on the work table.
We continue with the cylinder head or piston cover and the crankcase having everything clear to be able to remove the connecting rods and crankshaft bed being able to remove it in this way we could be sure the cause of the noise presented by this was not due to poor lubrication as usually happens in these cases, the seals and connecting rods had wear and did not place new spare parts.
They reused the already used connecting rod and connecting rod shells and supplemented them with very thin sheets, this type of bad practice is bad because in a very short time it causes more wear on the crankshaft, this type of work does not have an optimal calibration.
In this type of case, the crankshaft has to be sent to the rectifier to be cut to a lesser size and to have its new spare parts such as connecting rod shells and bedplate certified and calibrated by a professional in the field. In this way, a set of new rings and pistons, a set of gaskets among other spare parts that were required and needed to be replaced were placed.
Performing this work as it should and returning all the parts of the rectifier such as block, crankshaft and cylinder head or chamber, it was possible to assemble all these components again to assemble the entire engine and place or attach it to the transmission of the vehicle and start dressing all the accessories that were removed for this relationship.
In this way all the fluids were added as the manual recommends the oil recommended by the manufacturer for maintenance, the oil was changed to the transmission and a good coolant was placed to the engine with all these improvements this owner has his vehicle in good condition and with proper maintenance I'm sure it will last for a long time.
Always the recommendations of the automobiles is to maintain a good maintenance mainly preventive because this is the life of its components in good condition and all up to date that way you will have your property the desired value.
