Changing the muffler of a car for some people can be a very complicated and complex procedure, but it is easier than you may think, in this case I am going to change the muffler on my family car which is a 2011 Kir river stilos stilos

El cambiar el silenciador de un automóvil para algunas personas pueden pesar que puede llegar a hacer un procedimiento muy complicado y complejo ,pero esto es más fácil de lo que puedes pensar ,en este caso le voy a cambiar el silenciador al automóvil de mi familia el cual es un Kir río stilos 2011
Necessary Materials.
New muffler
Pipe wrench or wrench, it is important that these wrenches are the right ones for screws or nuts to suffer any damage.
Jack and safety brackets
Pipe cutter, if necessary.
The new exhaust silencer
Gloves and goggles for our safety, which is the most important thing.
Materiales Necesarios
Nuevo silenciador
Llave de tubo o llave inglesa ,es importantes que estas llaves sean las indicadas para tornillo o tuercas para que sufran algún daño
Gato y soportes de seguridad
Cortador de tubos , esto si lo llega a ser necesario
El nuevo silenciador de escape
Guantes y gafas para nuestra seguridad que es lo más importante
Instructions.
1 Prepare the vehicle:
Park the car on a flat surface and set the parking brake high.
Lift the vehicle with a jack and secure it with supports or if you have a tunnel to get under it even better.

1Preparar el vehículo:
Estaciona el automóvil en una superficie plana y coloca el freno de mano bien alto
Levanta el vehículo con un gato y asegúralo con soportes o si tienes un túnel para meterte por debajo de él mucho mejor
2 Locate the muffler:
Look for the muffler on the exhaust system , it is usually located at the rear of the car.
2 Localizar el silenciador:
Busca el silenciador en el sistema de escape , generalmente se encuentra en la parte trasera del automóvil.
3 Disconnect the old muffler:
Loosen the bolts and nuts also the clamps that hold the muffler to the exhaust system piping. You may need a little force to remove the old muffler.
If the muffler is corroded you may need a pipe cutter to get rid of it more easily.
3 Desconectar el silenciador viejo:
Afloja los tornillos y tuercas también las abrazaderas que sujetan el silenciador a la tubería del sistema de escape. Puede que necesites un poco de fuerza para poder quitar el silenciador antiguo
Si el silenciador está corroído puede que necesites un cortador de tubos para deshacerte de él más fácilmente.
4 Install the new muffler:
Put the new muffler in place, aligning it with the exhaust system piping.
Secure the muffler with the screws or clamps, making sure it is tightened securely so that we do not have any inconvenience.
4 Instalar el nuevo silenciador:
Coloca el nuevo silenciador en su lugar, alineándolo con la tubería del sistema de escape.
Fija el silenciador con los tornillos o abrazaderas, asegurándote de que esté bien apretado para que no tengamos algún inconveniente
5 Check and seal:
Check that everything is tight. If necessary, apply exhaust sealant to the joints to prevent leaks.
5 Verificar y sellar:
Revisa que todo esté bien ajustado. Si es necesario, aplica sellador de escape en las uniones para evitar fugas.
6 Lower the vehicle:
Remove the brackets and lower the car to the ground or in case you nut it in a tunnel you are going to remove the car.
6 Bajar el vehículo:
Retira los soportes y baja el automóvil al suelo o en caso de que lo tuercas en un túnel vas quitar el automóvil
7 Test:
Start the engine and listen for unusual noises if necessary you can go for a drive or test the new muffler on your car ,check for exhaust leaks.
7 Prueba:
Enciende el motor y escucha si hay ruidos inusuales si lo es necesario puedes salir a dar una vuelta ora probar el nuevo silenciador de tu automóvil ,verifica si hay fugas de escape
AND READY!!!! You would have a new muffler installed on your car's exhaust system ready, so you can go out and enjoy the road with a nice sound from your car's exhaust system.
