recognize damage and how to repair worn motor blocks

everything related to motorcycle engines is quite complicated, because not everyone has the ability and expertise in modifying and repairing motorcycles with various types of motors.
what's more, if you take care of a modified motorbike, especially modif engine parts, it's very, very careful to do it. the most important is the block section, the way of Lemer block, how to find out the beret block, and various kinds of obstacles related to the block.

this time I share my knowledge a little about the correct way to block Kolter.

someday our motorcycle blocks will all be damaged, when something like this happens, one way that can be done is to do the Kolter block technique, Kolter is one way that is done to smoothen back the surface or the inside of the worn block or scratches due to less than perfect oil performance.

damage to the motor block can be caused by a problematic piston ring, such as broken and worn, this occurs due to poor use or it could be because it is time for the ring to wear out.

Performing the block block technique is indeed quite difficult for people who do not have expertise in this field, even though it looks quite easy, even though doing block block requires special skills.

if you don't have expertise in the field of special kolter techniques and various tools, you will be worried that it will damage parts of the block wall and even the entire bamboo block itself.

good block kolter results will make a difference to the performance of the engine itself. The most important thing when doing a block block is the size of the piston to be installed.

a small example of distinguishing the standard piston with a piston that has been replaced with a slightly larger size:

The standard carburetor vario piston is 50mm, maybe for you it's very difficult with the 50mm number, because the size of the piston itself is not written, the size written on the standard piston only uses the word STD, which indicates that the motor piston is still factory default (never replaced/damaged).

for a piston that has been replaced, it will usually be written with the number 0.25, that is a sign that the piston has been replaced by means of a block block. if the number is written on the piston 0.50 means the piston has been replaced twice, because once the change in size will be increased by 0.25.

The maximum piston replacement can only be done 4 times, meaning that if the piston size has written the number 100 it is already maximum, the motor will feel that the oil vibrates a bit extravagantly.

if you return the size to its standard, you can order your trusted mechanic by way of re-fucking/bamboo. it would be nice to replace it with a new block, because the price is not much different, and by using a new block the kuga engine will feel a little soft and smooth.
