The name of the company is PT Jaya Trade Indonesia.The vision of PT Jaya Trade is "To be the best and most reliable trading company in the field of industrial goods and equipment in Indonesia". PT. Jaya Trade was founded at the end of 2007 together with other subsidiaries. PT Jaya Trade is under the auspices of PT Pembagunan Jaya which is managed by the DKI Jakarta government. PT Jaya Trade operates in the sales sector, the products sold are:
- ASPHALT
- LPG
- FORKLIFT & COMBILIFT
Regarding customer needs, PT Jaya Trade also provides rental services for heavy equipment, forklifts and combilfts, for the rental prices themselves are relative. Depending on customer needs or requests, the forklifts held by PT Jaya Trade are the Yale brand.
The PT Jaya Trade marketing office is located on Jl. Kramat Raya No. 144 Central Jakarta. The new warehouse unit is located on Jl. Jababeka XIV No.A, Harja Mekar,North Cikarang, Bekasi Regency, West Java. Meanwhile, for unit repairs, the workshop is located in Ciluer, Bogor.
For PT. Jaya Trade rental service, there is usually a mechanic on standby at the customer for routine monthly service, the term for light work so that the unit is not hampered andalso does not distrupt customer operations. Meanwhile,for severe damage, the unit will be exchanged for a normal unit and the damanged will be taken to th Ciluer warehouse for total repairs so, it will reduce the risk of loss to the customer due the problems.
