I know, i know, i know..... I’ve been incredibly lackadaisical in my coverage of this years rugby world cup sweepsatke. But while a few of us had a vested intrest in this years competition, it osnt till we get down to the crux of it does it reall matter!
With a few of the 1/4 finals playing out over the weekend, and 2 of the pre-tournement favourites being knocked out at rhis stage (Ireland and France respectively), the tournament is now wide open once again. My gut feeling tells me 2 teams are in with a better shout at making the finals, but at this stage of the tournament, it boils down to who ever turns up on the niggr and plays the best.

This is what we are left with now folks.... What the media and sports pundits were predicting was a Northern Hemisphere semi final, consisting of Wales, France, England and Ireland has turned in to a heavily set southern Hemisphere affair .

Good luck to those that remain. Unfortunately for 3 of you, my prediction is that, unless a major injury crisis arises, @silverd510 and New Zealand will be walking away with thenhrand prize after beating @silversaver888 South Africa in the final.
