During our preseason tour of America, the Blues have had a successful start to life under the Argentine, thrashing Wrexham 5-0 in North Carolina and then defeating Brighton 4-3 in Philadelphia. Both of these wins are part of the Premier League's summer series where many have considered Chelsea to be among the team to surprise many in this season's premier league.
As the players look for "good connections" ahead of the upcoming season, Pochettino and his assistants are putting on outstanding training sessions, according to Thiago, who led Chelsea against the Seagulls. Things seem to be going great, we're working hard to locate the best connections and obtain a nice evolution, and we're training extremely well. Thiago clarified immediately after our victory over Brighton.
"However, the trust and confidence in Mauricio is beginning to be very interesting; he's putting things on the right line and direction so that all the players can have a good season and perform better."
The atmosphere has always been positive, although it's true that last season's challenging results made things more challenging. I've been watching the coach (Poch) for a long time and can attest to the fact that he is a terrific coach. Since he is among the best in the world, I am thrilled to collaborate with him and am hopeful that we can accomplish great things.
