Was Conor Gallagher treated unfairly by Chelsea fc hierarchy?

I want to use this medium to greet all great Hivers. How has been your day so far, hope you are all doing good? I'm positive minded that it's all well and fine.

Back in time, Chelsea fc have seen few academy graduate make it through to the Chelsea fc first team. If memory serves me right, I think it's only John Terry that rightfully deserves that accolade. John Terry rose from Chelsea fc academy and went to be one of the greatest if not the greatest player in Chelsea fc history. Ever since no any other player made it from the academy to the first team. Not until recently that at a time Chelsea fc were headed a year transfer ban and we were able to manage our academy players to survive that season.

We saw players from the Chelsea fc academy like Fikayo Tomori, Tammy Abraham, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Reece James, Mason Mount, Jeremy Boga, Marc Guehi,Conor Gallagher and the likes all made it through to the first team during the period of the transfer ban. Ever since then, we seen so many of them being moved on while Chelsea fc cashed in on them which in turn seen Chelsea fc buying players with huge amount of money. A lot of people, football fans and Chelsea fc fans are so furious with this move.

What really made the matter worst was the recent saga between the sales of Joao Felix and Conor Gallagher, where we have witnessed Joao Felix switched to Chelsea fc with Conor Gallagher switching to Athletico Madrid. Most fans seen Conor Gallagher last season as one of their top performers last season topping most of all Chelsea fc related stats and charts.

So with someone who racked up these amazing stats last season saw so many football fans displeased with how he's treated. Some he was treated unfairly but I guess is a bigger picture than we all thought. But what of things I guess put a cog in the wheel of Conor Gallagher to continue at Chelsea fc was his refusal to accept two years contract plus additional one year which he rejected three times. Meanwhile, the board thought instead of allowing him to leave on free transfer, they would rather force him out and get Joao Felix in a separate contract deal.

Finally, you can't really blame the board for forcing him out. A board that have learnt from Antonio Rudigar and Christensen saga that both left for free without getting any penny on them. They bought left for free so the board wouldn't want such mistake to happen again.
