If Pochettino will be a good learner, maybe he should be retained come next season. My verdict!

I want to use this medium to greet all great Hivers. How has been your day so far, hope you are all doing good? I'm positive minded that it's all well and fine.

Ever since Boehly took over as the owner of Chelsea football club from the former owner in the name of Roman Abrahamovic, one of Russian oligarchs Chelsea football club has not been the same and hasn't been able to replicate in terms of their past achievements and the like. Chelsea fc have been struggling despite spending fortune worths more than one billion in dollars.

One of the major issue here that, Chelsea fc and the new board members have not been able find a suitable Coach and Manager who could help them to manage these fortune of players and bring them back to limelight. It's fortunately to say that Chelsea fc have found it hard to even win some games back to back in the past two years which have seen the likes of Thomas Tuchel, Graham Potter, Frank Lampard hired and sacked in between. In this period Chelsea fc have not been able to make top 4 talkless of top 6.

Mauricio Pochettino era and what have come of Chelsea fc.

It's so obvious how this current season has went with Chelsea fc anchored by Mauricio Pochettino which is found to be full of ups and downs, not until recently that Chelsea fc form started improving due to Cucurella inverted roles being a midfielder and a left back at the same time with his prowess of breaking down dangerous attacks with his quick feet.

Despite all odds, the Chelsea football club board have been cleared sign their intentions that, Mauricio Pochettino would be judged come the end of the session assessment. Though he's an edge if Chelsea fc manage to make European come next be it Europa league it Europa conference league. But for me,I would like him to still be in charge of he will continue to be good learner just like Mikel Arteta of Arsenal fc. What do I mean by this? I mean if he can keep on improving tactically.

Another reason why I would like him to still be in charge is that of his man management attributes considering the crops of players we have currently at Chelsea fc with limited passion and experience also average age of 23 years of the overall squad. I believe no other coach can manage these inexperienced players other than Pochettino. Even at that, how are we so sure that if Mauricio Pochettino got sack the next manager would improve Chelsea fc or not take us back to square one? So I feel it's better to stick to Mauricio Pochettino for now since he's beginning to find his ways to improving Chelsea fc.
