99.9 percent of people can never even think that Saudi Arabia can win against Argentina but that is what happens in anything we can sport, most especially football, 2+2 may not be 4, it may be 22 at times and what happened is part of the upset of football and that kind of things always happens, it's not the first one, I know of two different ones that has happened in the past, I know Argentina VS Cameroon in the year 1990, Senegal France in 2022 but to me, the powerful upset is the one that happened on Tuesday because Saudi Arabia is not always regular when it comes to World Cup, unlike Argentina and Saudi Arabia players don't play outside, they are all home base, unlike Argentina players.
Saudi Arabia isn't a football nation, they don't have record in football but they seems strong because it's February that they have lost last in competitive games but they have lost friendly match, but small tournaments and qualifier, Saudi didn't loose to anyone and in 1994, they reached knock-out stage but if anyone say it's Saudi Arabia that would spoil the unbeaten that Argentina has been working on for a long time, no one would believe and ever since 1990, no country has ever beat Argentina aside from the countries that come from Europe and this is the first time country from Middle East would beat Argentina.
But when a country is not known to be a football country and their players don't go out to play, then it's hard to know how they play and what to plan against them and that was what happened to Argentina, they don't know how Saudi Arabia play and Argentina don't think there is anything special in Saudi Arabia which Argentina disrespect then by benching some skill players and later introduce them when it's already late. But the loss doesn't mean Argentina has lost because the rest two in their group played draw game and it's a chance for Argentina if they are able to win their two matches but if they play one more draw, thing may go worst than the last World Cup.
