Raphinha finds himself at a very strong crossroads. He's got an enormous offer from a Saudi Arabian club, supposedly Al Nassr, which could triple his wage from what he gets at the moment. They are willing to pay €100 million for him and give him €20 million each year.
Despite this tempting offer, Raphinha has shown he wants to stay at Barcelona. His strong performances last season and his commitment to the club are very clear.
On the other side, there is interest from Newcastle United, keen to take him back to England, probably with more tempting conditions. Still, Raphinha would be much more focused on the termination with Barcelona.
Now Barcelona finds themselves in quite a tight spot between taking the money of the Saudi club or finding an agreement with Newcastle, in case Raphinha decides to leave. If he does decide to quit, he will be let go in exchange for as much recovery as possible.
Raphinha's decision will definitely affect his future and the Barça plans. In case of his exit, he will need to be replaced quickly by another player, and Barça will have to change their plans for the season ahead.
