Sinseramente, para mí este domingo, más que un día de descanso, se trató de un día de diversión y ejercicio.
Eran las 8 de la mañana, el clima era perfecto, había aire, pero al mismo tiempo un cálido sol mañanero que evitaba que se sintiera el frío, ya desde esa hora me encontraba en las canchas de tenis con mi mejor amiga, mi hermana y mi pareja. No hay mejor día para practicar este deporte que los domingos, puesto que hay pocas personas en las canchas.
Además de que en la mañana es el mejor horario para realizar deportes y ejercicio físico, debido a varios factores que influyen, puesto que te ayuda a liberar el estrés, quemas más calorías y te ayuda a tener una mayor concentración.
For me, this Sunday was more than a day of rest, it was a day of fun and exercise.
It was 8 o'clock in the morning, the weather was perfect, there was air, but at the same time a warm morning sun that prevented me from feeling the cold, since that time I was already at the tennis courts with my best friend, my sister and my partner. There is no better day to practice this sport than Sundays, since there are few people on the courts.
In addition to the fact that the morning is the best time to practice sports and physical exercise due to several factors that influence, since it helps you to release stress, burn more calories and helps you to have a better concentration.
No es que el tenis se me dé bien, pero es el deporte que más me gusta y lo practico siempre que tengo oportunidad.
A pesar de que había bastante aire, no nos impidió llevar a cabo el juego, y como había tan buena iluminación, aprovechamos para sacar algunas fotos.
It's not that I'm good at tennis, but it's the sport I like, and I play it whenever I have the chance.
Even though there was a lot of air, it didn't stop us from playing, and since the lighting was so good, we took advantage of it to take some pictures.
Estuvimos un total de 4 horas en las chanchas, practicando el deporte y la mayor parte del tiempo corriendo para recoger las pelotas que se nos escapan cada ver que hacíamos un mal golpe con la raqueta, coso que nos pasaba muy a menudo 😂.
A pesar del cansancio con que terminé, me gustó mucho vivir esta experiencia y la repetiría cada domingo.
We spent a total of 4 hours on the courts, practicing the sport and most of the time running to pick up the balls that escaped every time we made a bad hit with the racquet, something that happened to us very often😂.
Despite the tiredness I ended up with, I really enjoyed this experience and I would repeat it every Sunday.
